"My husband, dog and I stayed at this house for the month of January 2015. The house is exactly as pictured, no surprises. It is located exactly 1.1 miles from Crescent Beach on Siesta Key, an easy walk or bike ride to that fabulous sand. Grocery shopping, Bed Bath and Beyond, Stein Mart and several others plus restaurants are about a mile south on Tamiami Trail in a nice mall. The location is perfect, close to everything but quiet and very private. The kitchen is great, extremely well equipped. Bedrooms and closets are very generous, particularly the master. For morning coffee and evening cocktails you can't beat the lanai. The large yard is perfect for children and pets and well maintained.
All in all a bright, comfortable, welcoming home. The owner and property manager are both terrific and made our stay one of the best we have had."

"This is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience all that Sarasota has to offer. It's on a quiet side street that's minutes away from Burns Court, with its one-of-a-kind restaurants, shops, and art movie theater. The historic Laurel Park residential district is less than a block away (great for walks), and the Towles Court arts community, bayfront park, Selby Gardens, and downtown -- with all of its cultural and fun activities -- are within a short walk. Access to major roads is a snap, too, and you have a reserved parking spot. The condo complex is small and beautifully maintained, and this unit is tastefully, comfortably furnished. The two spacious bedrooms have lots of closet space and their own bathrooms -- they are separated by a hallway that affords good privacy. The master bedroom overlooks a lovely pool and the Hudson Bayou, which is also visible from the kitchen. We felt well taken care of by Dan and Maureen, who provide many thoughtful extras, such as laundry soap and paper goods as well as amenities like beach chairs and towels. As the weather was cool this year, we spent a lot of outdoor reading time on the unit's two balconies rather than on the beach -- enjoying the beauty around us. Our small dog lved our stay as well; Sarasota is a pet-friendly city. Our neighbors in the complex were friendly and respectful. Our small dog loved our stay as well; he was comfortable in the condo, and Sarasota is a pet-friendly city. We felt fortunate to be there and plan to return next year!"

"Our family arrived a day early and were blessed with permission to sleep that evening rather than find a hotel at 9:30 at night. We had two little children along and they found the place a great place to wonder around. The house had all the accomodations we needed, was close to the beach and was clean and is tastefully decorated. Veronica was gracious to us and we want to recommend the house to persons we know that vacation in Sarasota."

"We stayed at this lovely villa for 2 1/2 weeks in April-May 2015. Everything was perfect. The villa was nicely updated, large and immaculately clean. We particularly liked the neighborhood community and the friendly atmosphere. Mary, the owner, was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. We have stayed on the Gulf Coast for several years and this was by far one of the nicest. We hope to be able to arrange another visit in the fall. Fantastic!"
