"In our first time in Sarasota, we found this wonderful home in which to explore Sarasota. The home was well equipped with everything we needed; the rooms were large enough to make it a very comfortable stay. The location next to the Ringling Museum and the New College, where there were numerous evening lectures and programs were a real plus. Daily walking in the neighborhood and ease of driving to downtown, or to beaches on Lido and Siesta Key, shopping on St. Armands Key, trips to Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and many other destinations made this a very nice location. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a single family property in a great neighborhood."

"We just returned and can't recommend this home and owner enough. It's lovely, filled with art & light and warmth, has a library I'd love to explore for weeks and weeks (especially the art books), provides all amenities and is close to everything. No more than 5-15 min's to Siesta Key Beach, Downtown Sarasota (check out Morton's Gourmet Market), Ringling Art Museum, St Armand's Circle with international shops and fabulous restaurants, the Mote Aquarium, Captain Wayne and his Wolfmouth Fishing Charters in Bradenton Beach (3rd time and always a charm), Venice pier and Myakka Alligator park. Just not enough time to get to or mention everything. Ordered in supper one night and relaxed in the lanai (Valentino's pizza is amazing). Sooooooo many memories made to relish in coming winter back in WI. Enjoy. We definitely plan to again! Thank you John"

"My husband, myself and our 2 kids stayed in this quant neighborhood on Lido Beach and just loved our visit! The condo was roomy, clean and bright. Everything we needed was available....linens, towels, beach gear, etc. You can't beat the location.....right across the street from the beach (a 3 min walk) and less than a ten minute walk to St Armands Circle. Our car stayed parked the majority of our trip which was a refreshing break from the everyday hustle and bustle of our busy lives! The area is extremely safe as well. We decided to make this an annual trip."

"This home is gorgeous, the neighborhood is lovely, and the views are incredible! Our biggest problem was deciding whether to enjoy the magnificent view from the front of the house or the wonderful, totally private HUGE back yard with the pool! The home is amazing: the appliances are state of the art, the furnishings are fabulous, and it has EVERYTHING. Every amenity you could want is right at your fingertips. The owner has gone all-out to make this property GREAT.
We stayed for 3 weeks and hated to leave. This is a marvelous vacation home. You'll love it!"
