  • Lovely condo in lovely neighborhood

"This is our third year of renting this vacation condo. The condo is lovely, very clean, and in a nice quite neighborhood, but yet close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, golfing, and bike trails. The owners are wonderful to work with (we wish we could meet them in person sometime) and the neighbors are friendly. We love Sarasota and all the activities it offers."

  • Great rental. Quiet & perfect area for retirement age people.

"2nd yr. we have stayed here. We will be back, in fact we are already booked for next season. Everything you could want or need is in here. Retired couple was very comfortable here. Golf, pools, Bridge, cards games all in this locale. Siesta Key beach is a 15-20 minute ride away. Tons of restaurants, shopping, etc. all nearby. Great concert hall in downtown Sarasota with wide variety of entertainment nightly. Nice view on 2nd floor. Well stocked kitchen equipment."

  • Good owners

"We stayed here for three months, January February March 2015. The first impression we had was spacious, open, bright, airy, clean and neat. The kitchen was sunny and well equipped. The entire house is pretty well stocked with cleaning supplies, light bulbs, extension cords... everything we needed was there. I think because the owners sometimes stay there, they KNOW what it needs. Dorothy is the person we talked with. She is very nice and kind, and seems to respond to emails instantly. The owners have some kind of insurance on the rental so if anything goes wrong with plumbing or appliances, a repair person can be there the next day. The beds and all the furniture in the house are comfortable. The house is nicely decorated. There’s lots of storage space both in closets and in the garage. The neighbors on either side are friendly, but also respect your privacy. There is a big, fenced backyard with a grill and a tented patio with table and chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. One of the neighbors serves as a caretaker, too. He helps out when problems occur. If you like to bus, there are two bus routes with bus stops just 2 blocks away. If you like to walk to get your groceries, a Neighborhood Walmart, Publix, and Big Lots are just a 15 minute walk. If you like to walk for exercise, nearby neighborhoods are quiet, well kept, and open. Siesta Beach and Lido Key are about 20 minutes driving. Downtown Sarasota with a zillion restaurants is about 15 minutes away, with free parking. Or, there are four pizza places and a new hot dog stand 5 minutes walking distance from your front door!"

  • January retreat

"In our first time in Sarasota, we found this wonderful home in which to explore Sarasota. The home was well equipped with everything we needed; the rooms were large enough to make it a very comfortable stay. The location next to the Ringling Museum and the New College, where there were numerous evening lectures and programs were a real plus. Daily walking in the neighborhood and ease of driving to downtown, or to beaches on Lido and Siesta Key, shopping on St. Armands Key, trips to Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and many other destinations made this a very nice location. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a single family property in a great neighborhood."
