  • Villa 2

"We absolutely loved our stay there and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The condo was clean and updated - definitely not one of those places that looks like its falling apart. Updated kitchen appliances/laundry and large closets. It really had everything we could ask for! The beach was a super short walk across the parking lot. Weve already told family and friends to stay there when they take their annual trips to fl and fully intend to be back ourselves!"

  • Beautiful condo property

"We had the pleasure of spending a week at this beautiful condo. It was decorated beautifully, as pictured and had everything needed, including an ample supply of beach towels. We not only loved the condo, but it's close proximity to the beach( walking distance). We also enjoyed other amenities including the pool and hot tub on the bayside . We enjoyed spending time there relaxing and watching the boats go down the waterway. We have now rented 3 different properties in Sarasota and this was our favorite. We would gladly come back and rent this property and hope we can soon."

  • Great family vacation home

"We are just concluding a week long stay for our three generation family. This home was great! I had an issue with the pool temperature upon arrival and called the manager. I was very surprised that she took my call on a Saturday evening and said she would handle. She was here in 30 minutes or less to see if she could help while she was trying to contact her pool guy. I wanted the water temp high due to two yr old grandson wanting to get in and of course it takes a little time to heat that many gallons of water. The pool guy came a short time later on a Saturday evening and explained the timer and set it so we had very warm water the next morning and a happy toddler. I found the house to be quirky in a very charming comfortable way. It could use some updating but overall is great. The location couldn't be better as a 1 minute walk to a nice secluded beach spot. It was a toss up on whether to stay in pool or go to beach. The house is clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. I am quite a germaphobe and it passed my scrutiny. I didn't see any bugs or rodents and I certainly looked. The gas grill is large enough to cook for a big family. Lots of towels which is always an issue. Great cable and big screen that satisfied the Super Bowl crowd. The house layout was great to get away and have a little space from the rest of family :) any pan size or utensil we needed could be found in the kitchen which I have never encountered in another vacation rental. The cottage was perfect for the 20 something's to sleep in and getaway. This was truly bring your clothes and groceries and have a great week. Thanks Robin for being so helpful!"

  • Thank you Holiday House and Siesta Key!

"I rented the Holiday House for 3 weeks and the experience was absolutely fantastic from the time I emailed my initial enquiry. I was overwhelmed with choices and locations in Florida on VRBO and thankfully when I received the follow up note from the owner, it helped my decision process and I knew this would be the ideal place for the vacation I wanted to have. I wanted a place that would also host my 12lb dog, and this place was so welcoming, we even found dog toys and treats on site! It offered everything else I was looking for, a short distance drive from the airport, walking distance to the most beautiful Crescent beach and all other amenities on foot. Which allowed me to do this trip without renting a car. The owner was truly accommodating and the property keeper was attentive and on site regularly. The Holiday house was very clean, well appointed and well stocked with many added comforts, which included the pool, dishwasher, laundry, WiFi and free long distance calling even to Canada. It’s been a real pleasure exploring the beautiful Siesta Key and I certainly intend to return! Warm regards and thank you!"
