"Wow!! This place is great. When you walk in the door your blown away by the beauty and size of this place. About the only negative thing I could say is the middle bedroom is kind of small for an adult, but the rest of the place is huge, including the showers. The balcony even has a small fridge and nice gas grill. Beds are comfortable except the small middle bedroom has a pull out bed.
Kitchen is well equipped. Could have used more towels. You have to wash them before you leave , but there is a washer / dryer in the laundry room . Oh yea, the parking. You will have a 2 car enclosed garage , stocked with beach umbrellas , floats , toys etc. The view is great, but I will warn you the building sets back further than the condo next door so you can't see north up the beach from the bacony. But thats just being picky. All in all we had a great vacation, and it's one of the best places we have ever stayed, how ever if you have small children the many decorations might be to tempting for little hands."

"This 2-bedroom villa is actually more attractive than the website pictures portray. The villa is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture for reading and watching television, a large kitchen fully equipped for people who love to cook, and the linens provided were above average quality and plentiful. WiFi was above average, including DVR capability not often seen in rentals. The lanai was an added bonus - perfect for cocktails, conversation, or just relaxing and/or reading a book. We had company for part of the time and there was plenty of room, we never felt crowded. We will definitely go back in the future."

"My wife and I flew our two little ones (4 and 2 1/2) from New Jersey to Florida with hopes that the villa would be as good as it looked in the pictures, and we were pleasantly surprised that the pictures do not do the place justice. It was clean, spaceous, and gave us everything we needed to have the perfect week in paradise. You walk down the little private road and are almost instantly walking on the perfect private splendor of Crescent Beach. Beautiful white sand, ample beach chairs, and clear ocean water that almost felt like we were in a warm bath made this the perfect beach experience. The villa even had a beach umbrella and beach toys for the kids, so we didn't need to worry about packing them or buying our own for the week. We grilled outside and ate at the little patio, and the people were very nice at the gated complex. We never had to worry about losing keys, since we only ever had to remember the codes to get into the gate and our villa, which was a nice convenience. We also had about 8 turtle nests marked off on the beach right near us, so while we didn't see any of the baby turtles escaping to the ocean, the possibility was there. We also arrived on the 4th of July, so we got to see the professional fireworks of Siesta Beach to our right, while other municipalities and amateur beach enthusiasts competed with their own to set the sky aflame. It was a perfect start to a perfect week. And, when the kids didn't want to take the walk to the beach, our villa was about as close as you could be to the pool, which was well maintained and warm. Lastly, the owner was entirely professional, responsive, and helped make our stay as effortless as it could've been. We will definitely consider coming back in the coming years. You can't beat it for the cost."
