"I have stayed in the condo a few times now, I find it to have everything I need, it's is always clean and has had many updates done to it.
The owner is good to work with, will accommodate requests if possible.also very I for active.
It is in a good position to the pool or the beach, and of course on siesta key. It is also great as its on the ground level so no suitcases or groceries to take upstairs."

"My wife and I spent several days in Condo 150. Found it to be large, clean, and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Found the Staff to be Friendly and Accomadating. Property and grounds were well kept. We spent time at the pool, walked the beach morning and night, and especially enjoyed the sunsets. Took many beautiful pictures. We took advantage of Johnny's Free Ride Shuttle for transportation to the Village. Only drove off the Island for quick shopping trips to Publix, local malls, visit the Marina, and dinner at St. Armands Circle. What a relaxing vacation. Hope to rent this same unit next year. Thanks Tom..."

"This 2-bedroom villa is actually more attractive than the website pictures portray. The villa is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture for reading and watching television, a large kitchen fully equipped for people who love to cook, and the linens provided were above average quality and plentiful. WiFi was above average, including DVR capability not often seen in rentals. The lanai was an added bonus - perfect for cocktails, conversation, or just relaxing and/or reading a book. We had company for part of the time and there was plenty of room, we never felt crowded. We will definitely go back in the future."

"My family really enjoyed our stay at House of the Sun. This was our first visit and we'd return in a heartbeat. The beach was fantastic, ideal for long walks, swimming and sunning and family games. Very family-friendly, and felt perfectly safe even in the late evening with just a few people around. The area is very quiet after dark, which may be important to families craving a low-key spot. There's a couple of popular bars/restaurants with patios across the street from the complex that play music but we couldn't hear it inside the condominium. There's a grocery store conveniently located across the street, as well as a pharmacy, and some other shops.
The condo was clean and comfortable. The king bed in the master was comfortable for us, while our tall teen son was a little less comfortable in a twin bed in the second bedroom. Having a washer/dryer in the unit let us travel light for the week. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and was well-stocked with dish soap and even coffee filters.
The office staff are very responsive, and solved a couple of minor concerns we had within minutes. We arrived after the office had closed on Saturday, and getting our keys from the lockbox was no problem. Though it wasn't hot while we were there, I'm sure the covered parking is appreciated by guests visiting in the warmer months. The pool was spotlessly clean and comfortably warm for swimming."
