"We simply love this place! This unit is clean and spacious. Everything you could ever need in the kitchen is provided. The pool, gym, marina are all lovely. The condo is quiet and very comfortable. There's plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels provided. There is a TV in every room with many channels in case of rain. The beach is beautiful and close by...it's within walking distance. We will definitely be back!"

"This place is wonderful and I would go back in a heart beat. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathroom has a wonderful shower. The beds were comfortable and the room is huge. The condo has fans everywhere, the ac works well, and the kitchen is great for cooking. Even the dishes are pretty! We used the screened in porch a lot. If is very private because of the hedges in front of it.
The beach is a short walk through the complex. There are beach chairs provided on the beach and, if you don't care for sitting on plastic, there are two beach chairs on the porch that you can carry down. There is also a beach umbrella and a small cooler. The beach is beautiful although while we were there, there was seaweed all over that section of beach and we had to walk to a clear part to get in the water. I heard there was a storm in Tampa which may have caused that to happen. Anyway, because of it, there was lots of sea life washed ashore and we got to see all sorts of things in the seaweed. I threw plenty of mollusk and clams back into the ocean. The shells were fun to collect.
If I had to give a con about this complex I would say the pools. From what I could tell, they weren't cleaned daily. I noticed the bottoms were dirty which meant someone didn't vacuum on a regular basis. We didn't use them so it was no big deal for us. Also, it would be nice if one was considered an adult pool (no children under 18) and one a children's pool. Each time we thought we would use the pools, there were lots of yelling kids in them so we didn't bother. Not my idea of fun since I've been there, done that!!
If you go into the village of Siesta Key (which I recommend), go to the restaurant called The Hub. It has the best margaritas and good food. Also, on Monday and Tuesday night the funniest singer/performer. We would have been there every night if he was performing. He is so much fun! Stay away from the place called Gilligan's Island. Food and drinks not worth it.
Added bonus to this place...they have a resident Egret. He will come right up to you if he thinks you are going to feed him. One person gave him a can of tuna (yes they eat fish and bugs) and he was sitting right at the guys feet. At night, after watching the sunset, we came back to see another bird digging for food in the grass. It was beautiful too and different from the egret. Also there are little lizards running around and they are adorable."

"I've never been to Siesta Key and was unsure the best location to stay. I was incredibly happy with the choice to stay at Midnight Cove. The unit was clean, updated and modern with everything I needed. It was very comfortable and felt secluded which was perfect for the getaway I wanted. It was an easy and very short walk to the beach. Upon arrival at the beach there were chairs and umbrellas, the guys were really great and helpful, very attentive and laid back. The location of the complex was close to everything in Siesta Key I wanted to do downtown, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet nights. I would recommend this spot to anyone and I can't wait to visit again."

"Fisherman's Cove Condominium #A205 was exactly as presented. The unit was clean with a spacious, updated kitchen which was fully stocked. We were happy to be on the second floor where we could get a full view of the gulf of Mexico and enjoyed eating our breakfast in the screened lanai. I must admit I was very pleased to rent a condo which had more than an ample supply of fresh bath towels and linens. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We so enjoyed listening to the sound of the ocean hitting the shore each night! Every morning, we would head out to the beach with a cup of coffee in hand and search for shells. Tom and Kathy recommended a number of restaurants in the area. Turtle Beach Pub and Turtle's is only 1/2 mile away; and we enjoyed a number of meals there. We also enjoyed Blue Smoke which is located in Siesta Key Village. The Village is less than a 10 minute ride, and is the "action spot" of Siesta Key. We grocery shopped with the locals at Publix which is close to Fisherman's Cove Condo Association. We enjoyed solitude with the convenience of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We must tell you that Sarasota Bradenton, FL (SRQ) airport is only 25 minutes away. Upon arrival, we were able to collect luggage, confirm our car rental and pick up our car within
a half hour. Our departure also went quickly...what a nice way to start/end a vacation!"
