"This was our second visit to this little rental so we knew exactly what to expect. Last time we stayed in the
1 bed/1 bath unit so it was nice to stay in the larger 2 bed/2 bath unit. This rental is located in the cul-de-sac of a quiet street one block from the main road. The owners have thought of everything and anything that one might need while vacationing there! The units are very clean and cozy! The saltwater pool is awesome..whether you are spending the day in the shade/sun lounging by the pool or taking a refreshing dip in the early evening! Since we had my parents with us on this trip, we spent the majority of our time hanging out at the pool versus the beach.
The beach is about a 10 minute walk (assuming you are toting all you gear..chairs, cooler etc) but the owners have provided really nice beach carts to carry everything! Also within walking distance is a nice little deli/market makes delicious sandwiches, chicken salad, pasta salads, etc and they also carry almost anything that you forgot to pickup at the larger market (Publix). There are also several restaurants and bars within walking distance along with a good ice cream shop! Don't forget that if you want to go into the village, there are several "free" open air taxi services that work for tips that you can call and then don't have to worry about parking, drinking/driving etc.
We will definitely be back....hopefully sooner versus later!! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Bay Club. The location is perfect in that you have access to both the intracoastal waterway on one side and the beach on the other. We took advantage of both and also enjoyed the pool in the center of the complex. The condo is so close to the intracoastal waterway - perfect for walking down in the morning and enjoying the water and wildlife with your coffee. We saw a lot of birds - blue herons, egrets, pelicans and white ibis - and also a dolphin. It was nice to have dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, etc., in the condo when we arrived. Also, we appreciated how Nancy had a plumber come right away to clear out a slow drain. We used the beach chairs and umbrella since the chairs on the beach were all taken (Easter week!). Our kids left their two skim boards for others to use in the Gulf. Every day we saw people working on the property - mowing the lawn, cleaning the pools and pool deck, picking up any trash, etc. They do a very nice job of keeping the property clean. We rented jet skis just down the road and rode them up to Sarasota Bay. We had many choices of nearby restaurants - especially loved the mini donut stand, Bonjour Cafe, and Solorzano Bros. Pizzeria. Everyone found something to read at Used Book Heaven. We have already recommended this condo to our friends."

"We have spent many years vacationing and Spring Breaking in Siesta Key. This vacation was by far our best, due in large part to the accommodations. The condo was all we could ask for and then some. The condo was perfectly appointed and was truly home away from home. The location was perfect. We greatly enjoyed the live music nightly, the BBQs nightly on the porch, walking distance t everything we needed. The condo was everything it was advertised to be . . . unusual given past experience. We will stay again!!"

"I spent tons of time researching the perfect beach house for my family vacation in April 2015. I knew the location would be perfect before setting foot down there, but it was more than I even imagined. The village is just a few steps away (pro tip: you can cut through the back of the Daiquiri Deck to get back to the house very quickly!) and the beach is just out the door to the left. Another tip: head down to Sunset Point to watch the sunset. My husband and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else on the island. Pam is an amazing host!"
