"Condo is well maintained, just air condition was a bit too loud in second bedroom, but the rest was great.
2 min walk to the beach-for us it was even a pleasure to walk a bit.
Condo has all what you need, huge living room, our 2 kids had enough space to play and adults still had a room:)
Already recommended to some friends for future trips.
Thank you Holly!"

"My fiance and I just stayed here this past week for our Honeymoon. It was just perfect! We felt like we were at home, only with a beach in our backyard lol! The place is decorated with really cute art and beach themed items. Susan has pretty much anything you would need such as beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, movies, books, games and toys for kids, dishes, cookwear, a washer and dryer and even laundry soap! It was so nice having those things to use during our stay. The pool and the beach are just a very short walk around the corner. There is a grocery store, drug store, post office, 7 Eleven and several paces to eat literally across the street. Definitely check out the store called Things You Like...they have all kinds of awesome stuff in there, especially if you're looking for souvenirs, and the ladies working there are very sweet and friendly! We truly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Siesta Key!!!"

Very nice condo and good location, a few minor quibbles
"We enjoyed our stay here. The access to the beach is great, and this is one of the nicest beaches we have ever seen. You can walk to a small shopping area with a few restaurants and ice cream shops - very convenient. The pool area is also fine, although its location is not ideal, buried in a parking lot instead of near the beach. The pool was as clean as any I've seen. Covered parking with assigned spot added a nice touch.
The unit is very nicely furnished and was clean. We had a few observations that keep it from being a 5-star review.
1. The unit was strangely bare of any sort of household items. No dish soap, no trash bags, no paper towels, no basic cooking items (salt/pepper). Most condos we've rented have a bare minimum of these items on hand.
2. The unit has no outside balcony. The owners have fully enclosed the balcony with windows (which do open).
3. A few minor maintenance issues that were annoying (light bulbs burned out. windows that wouldn't close fully).
4. WiFi in this building is not good. Almost no signal and would drop out all the time. We gave up and just kept our phones on 4G.
Overall, a good solid rental. The owners are very pleasant to deal with, although they only deal in paper/checks/snail mail. Would be nice if they took credit cards or Paypal."

"Let me begin by saying that I've been to Siesta Key many times. However, I have never enjoyed my stay as much as I did in this home. The exterior provides a great beach cottage feel, but it does not do the interior any justice. The interior of this place is fantastic. It is big, open, and has a great layout. The rooms all had big beds - with our only complaint being the lack of closet space, which was a worthwhile trade off for the rest of the unit. The TVs are also nearing a point where they need to be upgraded, but served their purpose well for a vacation home.
It seems as though the previous renters left the grill unprotected and it rusted. When we notified HomeAway, they provided a new grill the very next morning. We cannot thank them enough.
The beach entrance is across the street, and is very close to the main entrance, but far enough where overcrowding is not an issue. You are also less than a mile from the bars and cafes.
The most important point is that our dog was accepted at the rental. The backyard provided a private place for us to take him out at night and also to sit and enjoy the company of the family.
We will be looking to stay here next year again. Highly recommended."
