"The condo is as advertised. It is not beach-front, however it is only a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was clean and tidy. The place is pretty quiet, with a lot of retired folks living in the community. It's too far away from the downtown Siesta Key area to walk, which keeps the riff raff at bay. The pool was clean, but warm given the outside temperatures. We enjoyed the dock on the intercostal in the evenings and early mornings, and even used it to dock up a boat that we rented during our stay.
If you aren't into rules, this probably isn't going to be your cup-of-tea. There are rules posted literally everywhere. We left our towels on the bannister to dry and in no less than 5 minutes, we had a note posted on the door from the HOA. Be sure to look at the checkout procedures before committing - this is not your typical hotel checkout where you can leave dishes in the sink, trash in the can, etc. Expect to do some work before leaving to get your deposit back.
- Bring your own shampoo/conditioner
- Bring your own sunblock
- Bring bug spray (lots of mosquitos in Aug)
- Bring your own beach towels
- Read all the rules/procedures before booking
- Rent a boat!"

"This was one of the most beautiful and well maintained condos we've ever rented. It was immaculate and had everything you could possibly want. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils. It is such a short and beautiful walk to the beach...so many beautiful flowering plants and palm trees. The beach itself is so clean and lovely. The entire area is very peaceful and family oriented. Everyone affiliated with Midnight Cove from the staff at the office to Ian and his crew on the beach could not have been nicer. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! Oh, and another perk - there are "free ride" taxis in the village of Siesta Key that will come pick you up and drop you off in the area - Tips only for payment. Jonnys Original Free Rides were a life saver for us as we walked to the village one evening not realizing that it's 2 1/2 miles from the condo. The driver was very pleasant and helpful."

"The most beautiful condo, we loved it! Great location, walked on the beach every morning and then sat by the pool every afternoon. So close to Siesta Village we walked there every day. Great food & drinks there too! Watched the sunsets from the balcony, great view!!!"

"This was the second year of renting this unit and it's already been booked for next November. Like all others in the complex, this unit has a beautiful water view, but what sets it apart is that it is a corner unit that has been expertly converted from a two to a three bedroom, offering plenty of private space for guests or children. The owner is very attentive and is continually adding upgrades to make an already fantastic experience even better. As a result, there is no shortage of beach towels, beach chairs, parasols, coolers, fishing rods, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans and all kinds of extras. The complex is very well maintained with large and smaller heated pools, tennis courts, fitness rooms, a pool table and a private picnic area right beside the Intracoastal Waterway with two new Weber barbecues. What's best is that all of this is within steps of two waterfront restaurants/bars, a pub-style restaurant, a boat rental facility and Turtle Beach, where it's seldom busy and where you can walk your chairs over to catch stellar sunsets. I highly recommend this spot for those seeking a truly memorable vacation experience."
