"Comfortable, nice home-- perfect for a family vacation! Spent time at both the pool and the beach-- easy quick access to both. We planned to play tennis at the courts within the complex, but they were being resurfaced when we were there. Claudia and John offered several other options, and we were pleased with the beautiful public courts at the beach just a mile down Midnight Pass Road! Thank you, Claudia and John, for being so attentive and providing everything we needed for a great anniversary and vacation!"

"We have rented Gary's condo for three years now and next year will be our fourth. New carpeting in the living area and bedrooms gives the condo a warmth that seems more like a home than a condo. The new window treatments are attractive and easy to slide across the sliding doors. The condo is clean and the beds are comfortable. I particularly enjoy Gary's condo as it is right next to the laundry room, almost like having it in the condo itself. However, the washers and dryers are quiet enough so that they are not disturbing. Being right on the beach is a real plus. At night it is nice to leave any one of the three sliding doors open to hear the sound of the waves lulling one to sleep. The morning sun shines on the Lanai so we often sit at the table on the Lanai to enjoy our breakfast and a cup of coffee. The Lanai is quite private even though it is directly across from the south building being on the 7th floor so we eat nearly all of our meals there instead of inside. The location of the condo is perfect. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance, as are gift and clothing shops, a fresh meat market, the Post Office, ice cream, grocery, and places to rent boats and bikes. Just down the beach to the south is the Point of Rocks where there is an abundance of shells and about a mile walk to the north is the Public Beach where, if you are fortunate, you may find a sand dollar or two. The Village of Siesta Key is a short drive to the north. Located just to the north of the bridge on Stickney Point Road on Midnight Pass gives us easy access to Gary's condo at Crescent Arms. Gary has been exceptionally accommodating, keeps good communication with us and provides us with any information that we need to have an enjoyable vacation."

"This is a great condo! The location can't be beat - small market, souvenir shops, ice cream, restaurant and tiki bar right across the street. The complex itself was top notch! Very busy intersection but easy access in and out and surprisingly quiet despite traffic. The condo had EVERYTHING! Updated furnishings, appliances, well stocked bedding and bath towels (closet was a bit hidden behind the door in the master bedroom). There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. and tons of beach towels! The only complaint came from the kids when they discovered the TV in the room with twin beds did not get reception --- no loss for the rest of us. The pool was fabulous and beach phenomenal. Can't wait to go back!"

"Overall we were thrilled with our one month stay in March 2015. The condo unit is clean and uncluttered, and it is stocked with everything you might need- enough dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, etc. The king sized bed is comfortable, albeit a bit soft. A good sized closet fit our suitcases and clothing, and there is plenty of drawer space in the two bureaus.
The unit is in a single level building so there is no one above or below you. We came to appreciate the location of the unit- not too close to the pools in the complex, but just a short walk to them. It is also far enough off the street so there is no traffic noise. It was a 2 or 3 minute walk down a pleasantly landscaped and paved path to the absolutely gorgeous private beach. Chairs are provided by the complex- they replaced most of them with brand new chairs this month, and they were always available, even during the busiest weeks in March. We also spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio outside our unit, which looks out to a well maintained grassy area. The grass was always cut, and the pools were heated and clean. Parking was easy- right in front of the unit, and access to trash and recycle bins could not be more convenient.
Scott was very responsive to our needs. The glass sliding door needed some attention and he sent someone over to take care of it. He called or stopped by twice to make sure that we had everything we needed, and delivered a brand new microwave. We had no problem with the bathtub- it seemed to drain just fine. We tried putting in a new battery in the clock above the dining room table but it still didn’t work. It probably needs to be replaced..
The only complaint we had, which we talked to him about- was that the cleaner showed up to clean the unit at 3:40 pm, and let us in at 3:59 pm. It seemed unnecessary to have waited that long when the previous tenants were out of the unit by 11 am, and we wondered how much cleaning could have happened in that amount of time.
All in all, staying at this condo exceeded our expectations and we hope to return someday."
