  • Memorable Thanksgiving

"This is a lovely unit...beautifully decorated, clean, lots of amenities. Our family had a fun and memorable time celebrating Thanksgiving and the days that followed at the beach. Enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas that are provided at the beach and the unit is walking distance to several stores including a grocery store, drug store and several restaurants. On a non-beach day we went to the Ringling Museum, which is fascinating. There is also nearby shopping, and a mall, which we managed to make use of some "Black Friday" deals. We also loved the view of the intercoastal. Thank you Doug and Robin (owners) for accommodating us and for your attention to detail. I highly recommend it."

  • Wonderful Beach House!

"My family and I were so happy with this delightful beach home! I did a lot of research beforehand on where to take our summer vacation and am so glad we found Siesta Key and this home. It really is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and a walk or bike ride to town. We rented bikes for the week and it really was a perfect bike ride to town with a 10 and 6 year old. The home had everything we needed, was very quiet and private. We especially loved the use of the beach buggy and all the sand toys that were provided. The beach is absolutely amazing-we have never seen such white sand and the walk out to the water was perfect for the kids. The home is beautiful, just comfortable and we felt right at home. The owners were wonderful, made sure we had everything we needed and were just a phone call away. We would love to make Siesta Key an annual vacation if we can and will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much! This was our best summer vacation yet!"

  • Our stay at Gary's condo in Siesta Key.

"We have rented Gary's condo for three years now and next year will be our fourth. New carpeting in the living area and bedrooms gives the condo a warmth that seems more like a home than a condo. The new window treatments are attractive and easy to slide across the sliding doors. The condo is clean and the beds are comfortable. I particularly enjoy Gary's condo as it is right next to the laundry room, almost like having it in the condo itself. However, the washers and dryers are quiet enough so that they are not disturbing. Being right on the beach is a real plus. At night it is nice to leave any one of the three sliding doors open to hear the sound of the waves lulling one to sleep. The morning sun shines on the Lanai so we often sit at the table on the Lanai to enjoy our breakfast and a cup of coffee. The Lanai is quite private even though it is directly across from the south building being on the 7th floor so we eat nearly all of our meals there instead of inside. The location of the condo is perfect. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance, as are gift and clothing shops, a fresh meat market, the Post Office, ice cream, grocery, and places to rent boats and bikes. Just down the beach to the south is the Point of Rocks where there is an abundance of shells and about a mile walk to the north is the Public Beach where, if you are fortunate, you may find a sand dollar or two. The Village of Siesta Key is a short drive to the north. Located just to the north of the bridge on Stickney Point Road on Midnight Pass gives us easy access to Gary's condo at Crescent Arms. Gary has been exceptionally accommodating, keeps good communication with us and provides us with any information that we need to have an enjoyable vacation."
