"This townhome is BEAUTIFUL in the PERFECT location and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We know we will never be able to find a place to top this and can't wait to come back next year. The photos and ads just dont do it justice. Great location if traveling with kids and adults alike. The only way it could have been better is that there were 8 adults, couples, so bed arrangements were a little challenging, but we knew that in advance and it was fine. I can't recommend this rental and working with Vic enough - absolutely top notch!"

"We have stayed in Siesta Key three other times and this is the best vacation yet. The other stays were across Mountain Pass and was a chore to go to the beach. J R is on the beach and had 3 heated pools and private beach area. Unit was updated and very clean. Furnishings were nice and in good condition. We loved the privacy of the garden view instead of the busy poolside views of other units. Grounds and public areas were immaculate. Security was great with 24 hr patrols. Owner had a very thick guest book with all kinds of information about the unit and surrounding area and experiences of other renters."

"My daughter and I spent 4 nights at "At The Beach" over Memorial Day weekend. It was a great experience and I highly recommend staying here. It was THE closest building to the beach on our street and our condo was adorable. Small and cozy, just the way we wanted it to be. (unit #4) Jim, the manager, met us when we arrived and spent a lot of time with us going over all of the attributes of the condo inside and out. We received special instruction on the set of the beach chairs which was very helpful. My experience with vacation condos was a list of rules and instructions that weren't always clear. Jim took the time to explain everything. He also made numerous dinning recommendations which were quite good. Loved the semi private beach especially over a holiday weekend. We will be back for sure. Thanks Jim!"

"The beach is beautiful & Siesta Key is a walker's paradise. The Village is 2 miles north with Stickney Point Rd a half mile south. Plenty of good restaurants & shops nearby. Loved renting bikes & also kayaks near Turtle Beach.
Photos on VRBO accurately depict the unit. Owner was responsive ahead of our visit, we did not require any interaction during our stay. The unit was clean upon our arrival. Unit has normal wear & tear to be expected from a rental unit and I would describe the overall condition as good. Things we liked best about the place included: 1) Spacious unit offering plenty of room for a family to spread out with 2 BRs/2 baths upstairs plus 1 BR & a half bath downstairs; 2) Pool was located steps out the back door that was great for reading/relaxing & offered a mix of sun or shade most of the day; 3) Complex has ample lounge chairs to help relax at the beach and the beach-side pool/restrooms are a nice convenience; 4) Complex has an updated fitness center that we enjoyed using several times.
Minor drawbacks about the unit included: 1) Road noise -- the unit is right on Midnight Pass Rd and you will hear noise from the street in the downstairs BR and upstairs guest BR. Road noise is not an issue in the living room or master BR; 2) Due to surrounding trees/foliage, the unit is dark and doesn't get much sunlight in the living room or lanai.
The beach is about a 7-8 minute walk across Midnight Pass Rd. We did not mind this distance and spent much time enjoying the beautiful sand & walking along the gulf. With smaller children, getting back & forth to the beach may be more of a consideration.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this unit. Every rental has its pluses & minuses and I hope our balanced comments will be helpful to future travelers as they evaluate rental options."
