"We had an excellent week at Linda's condo! Siesta Dunes is in a great location and the condo is only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Even though it's by the main road, it's still very quiet. The condo has everything you would ever need with kids - we used the high chair, pack n play, bed rails, and tons of the toys in the shed. The sand toys and wagon were great! The kitchen is also fully equipped and don't really need anything but food. We'd highly recommend staying at this condo and will recommend it to others!"

"We couldn't have been happier with the location of this wonderful condo on the beach. The view from this condo is amazing. Coffee on the lanai and watching for dolphins every morning is a must. The condo was nice and spacious.
The white sand beach is like walking on powder and stays cool no matter how hot it is outside. We went for beach walks every day. The water is warm and you can walk out for a long distance. One thing I noticed that was nice about this beach is that it is clean. We live in Washington State and we have problems with people littering. I didn't see a single water bottle, pop can or any garbage on this beach. It's really nice to go somewhere that people take pride in the area they live.
The sunsets were amazing.
This was our first time here. We came here to get married on the beach and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. It was just the two of us but we were applauded from people sitting behind us on the beach. I will never forget our incredible day!
Barb and Jack that own the condo are wonderful and kind people. Barb was very helpful in leading us in the right direction to find someone to marry us.
We want to Thank you both so much for opening up your home to us and providing us with the perfect place for us to exchange our vows. We hope to come back for our anniversary.

"The beach is beautiful & Siesta Key is a walker's paradise. The Village is 2 miles north with Stickney Point Rd a half mile south. Plenty of good restaurants & shops nearby. Loved renting bikes & also kayaks near Turtle Beach.
Photos on VRBO accurately depict the unit. Owner was responsive ahead of our visit, we did not require any interaction during our stay. The unit was clean upon our arrival. Unit has normal wear & tear to be expected from a rental unit and I would describe the overall condition as good. Things we liked best about the place included: 1) Spacious unit offering plenty of room for a family to spread out with 2 BRs/2 baths upstairs plus 1 BR & a half bath downstairs; 2) Pool was located steps out the back door that was great for reading/relaxing & offered a mix of sun or shade most of the day; 3) Complex has ample lounge chairs to help relax at the beach and the beach-side pool/restrooms are a nice convenience; 4) Complex has an updated fitness center that we enjoyed using several times.
Minor drawbacks about the unit included: 1) Road noise -- the unit is right on Midnight Pass Rd and you will hear noise from the street in the downstairs BR and upstairs guest BR. Road noise is not an issue in the living room or master BR; 2) Due to surrounding trees/foliage, the unit is dark and doesn't get much sunlight in the living room or lanai.
The beach is about a 7-8 minute walk across Midnight Pass Rd. We did not mind this distance and spent much time enjoying the beautiful sand & walking along the gulf. With smaller children, getting back & forth to the beach may be more of a consideration.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this unit. Every rental has its pluses & minuses and I hope our balanced comments will be helpful to future travelers as they evaluate rental options."

"We recently stayed at this unit and found it to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything was in excellent operating condition. Furnishings and kitchen items were all updated. The office staff members were very accommodating and quickly responded to requests. The beach was beautiful and very clean with very soft white sand. Ocean was clear, calm and warm. Great beach for families with young children. There were plenty of chairs and lounge chairs for the beach available all day. The entire property was very well maintained. The location was excellent with a small grocery store across the street, several restaurants, and stores, all within walking distance. Enjoyed the restaurant Clayton's about a half block from the condo. This was our first visit to this area of Florida, but we look forward to returning and would highly recommend this unit for future stays."
