  • Best of 8 Sarasota Vacations so far

"We have a daughter w/ family in Sarasota, & we've visited in the Oct - Nov time frame for the past 8 years. On this visit, we were 3 couples (late 50s early 60s), 2 couples staying for 2 weeks and one for 1 week. The accommodations were every bit as nice and accurate as described in the listing, and proved to be as close to ideal for us as possible. The pool was fabulous & the main entrance to the beach with full amenities is a 3-4 minute leisurely walk away. The wagon made bringing all our "necessary stuff" a breeze. Cindy & Jim were very friendly, informative, and gracious hosts. If you're undecided & have questions, don't hesitate to write or call them. Would I stay here again? Absolutley!"

  • Wonderful Memories Made

"On the way to the property, I realized that I had done exactly what I was not supposed to do and forgot the information packet with my access code (doh!). The property manager responded within minutes and was very nice and made sure I had all the information I needed despite my mess up. The property was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described and pictured in the photos. We were able to walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants (Clayton's is a hidden gem). On our first night, we walked down to the beach and my boyfriend proposed!! Needless to say, that was the highlight of our trip :) After calling our families/close friends, we spent the rest of the weekend relaxing and enjoying being newly engaged. We really enjoyed lazy afternoons by the pool. I was very impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was too - we made some great meals there! We definitely look forward to visiting again - I can see us celebrating anniversaries and having family vacations at this comfortable, cozy and relaxing beach house :)"

  • Top notch accommodations, best location on the island

"My family of four has been renting FL beach houses for years now and this was by far the best house we have rented. We easily walked back and forth to the beach several times a day and enjoyed an under 10 minute walk to the village for dinners, ice cream, etc. The house is very nicely decorated with a beach theme that we loved, and all beds, sheets and towels were extremely comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and is in perfect condition. Bathrooms are nicely renovated and we all just LOVED the yard and spotless pool. Amenities such as great beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and rafts were greatly appreciated. We also loved the books, games and toys in the house too. This was one time I felt like we were staying in someone's home instead of a rental house. Thank you for a great vacation, we will be back!!! No need to look elsewhere on SK. Local management was really nice too."

  • Wonderfully relaxing!

"This property was perfect for our family's relaxing vacation! The condo was just as it was described and shown by the pictures. It was very clean and updated! The view from the balcony and sound of the ocean were amazing every evening! The pool and beach were just steps away from the door. The beach toys, chairs and towels were very convenient with our children. Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo! The staff was also very friendly and helpful! We look forward to visiting again!"
