  • Our honeymoon!!!

"First, what a great location! Close to everything. Condo was amazingly beautiful, the beach theme rocked! Comfortable beds, nice furniture and TV's. All brand new inside! And best part.....a top of the line washer and dryer in the unit, instead of walking up to the laundry mat. This place was well decorated and thought out! Next, take a walk across a small two lane road and there is a private beach for the condo owners and their guests only. Ever walked in powdered sugar? That's what the sand feels like...and not hot on the feet! There is a beach guy named Ian who greets you with a smile and brings out chairs and umbrellas for you!! He also has kayak's and other beach toys! Restaurants have great food and the people in this town are very nice. This made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The sunsets on the beach are fabulous.....like a picture. We will definitely be back next year! If I could give this 10 stars.....I would!"

  • Quaint hideaway a block from the scene

"The cottage was perfect for our stay. We were a block from the main bar scene of Siesta Key and two blocks from the beach. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen was more than adequate for some brunch cooking, and we didn't even make use of the bikes or beach stuff that was available."

  • Great Value !

"Very nice ,clean apartment , lots of towels and extra linens, including beach towels, kitchen had everything you need. Had a lovely stay for 7 nights, owners even had a scrabble board, we would sit in the lanai in the evening with cocktails and play a game. Very relaxing time, have recommended this place to all my friends."

  • Great condo for our family

"We usually stay on the gulf side so this was the first time on the bay side. The condo was clean, had all we needed, pleasant decor. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with. The walk to the beach was just across the street and there was a button to push to stop traffic, lots of the time it wasn't needed. Traffic wasn't bad. Walk to restaurant and shops, and a grocery store. The view from the patio was peaceful and well landscaped. We would stay there again. We had a great time on our family trip."
