  • A great place to stay and relax !

"A friend of mine had spent his vacation in this condo last year and he was delighted! Coming to Sarasota for the first time, I had a rough idea about the Siesta key area; well I completely changed my mind! The condo is in a very quiet area of the Siesta key, away from the noisy restaurants and shops, you need certainly a car but it seems a bus line is also operating in the area. The condo is just awesome with all you need inside, just bring your suitcases! It’s clean, well decorated and have luxury appliances, but the private beach is a must. Well enough to say that we spent our vacation either on the beach or in the swim pool or making BBQ beside the beach house! The owner is very nice and helpful and gave us plenty of good restaurant addresses and places to visit. We are already planning to come back next year!"

  • Great Vacation

"First off, I would like to say that the owners of the townhouse were great with communication, before, during, and after the trip. As far as what I hoped for with the townhouse when I booked it...cleanliness and easy access to Siesta Key Beach. End result...it was the perfect choice for my family. The location of the townhouse is definitely a huge selling point. Access to the beach, via a private gate (only a 30 second walk from your front door) is huge. Various resorts across the street have arrangements for their guests to access the beach through private gates; but those guests have quite a long walk...and the one's I saw doing it (with bags, coolers, towels, kids) all looked exhausted. The location of Siesta Beach House is perfect. Perfect for walking back to the townhouse to restock the cooler, to make a quick lunch, or to simply get out of the sun for an hour. The private beach, for people staying at the complex, is just beyond the access gate. A very short, easy walk to the water. The beach property has lounging chairs/lounges available for guests. The lounges were always available. Never a problem. The cleanliness of the townhouse was awesome. The interior decor is neutral, but it was extremely clean, relaxing and had everything you needed. The kitchen appliances worked great, and as far as utensils, you had everything you needed for whatever you were making. The upstairs had a full bath between the bedrooms and the downstairs had a half-bath between the kitchen and living room. Both were very well maintained. There are outdoor charcoal grills just outside the back door. The patio and chairs were outside the front door. The townhouse had central air which worked perfectly. The pool was about a 30 second walk from the condo and looked very nice; especially for younger kids (we didn't use it, we came for the beach). There was a laundry facility about 20 seconds away and we never had a problem getting open machines. All in all, I would definitely recommend booking this townhouse for a vacation on the Key. The location is absolutely awesome and the unit itself was perfect. The grounds were clean and there was security on site 24/7 (not that they need it, just more of a visual presence). It was everything I had hoped for and was money well spent. Looking forward to a return visit."
