  • Fantastic Condo Near Siesta Key

"My teenage daughter, son, and myself stayed at this condo in late July/early August. We were very impressed with the location of the unit. Especially the easy access to the parking space. No need to go thru the lobby. It was a private entrance. The condo was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The showers in both bathrooms were amazing. We have stayed in another unit in Harbor Towers but it did was no comparison to this unit. Mary, the owner, was very pleasant, answered all of my questions promptly, and was a pleasure to rent from. I will definitely rent this unit again in the future."

  • Perfect!

"First of all, I would like to say how wonderful Donna was in scheduling our vacation. We had to change our originally scheduled week due to a scheduling conflict. Donna didn't hesitate to re-schedule us with another week that was available, no questions asked. Secondly, the condo was Perfect! It was everything that she describes above & then some! Easy access to the beach, the most amazing sunsets I have ever seen, & the drum circle on Sunday nights is a must (at least for 30 min.) We did rent a boat from CB's (as recommended by Donna) and spent one day fishing in the Bay. My boys had a wonderful time & they caught shark, catfish & mangrove snapper. I would recommend eating at Walt's Fish Market & Restaurant as well as the Sniki Tiki Bar. Both places were excellent! Thank you Donna for making our vacation fabulous ~ we hope to be back next year!"

  • Great Vaca

"This was our first trip to Siesta Kay, and it is an understatement to say that we loved it there. The condo is perfection. It had everything that we needed, including extras, such as an umbrella for the beach, and other beach fun toys!!! The location is perfect as well. We stayed in unit 912. The walk to the beach was 4 minutes (at the most), and if you stroll out the back sliding glass doors, you are almost literally on the waterfront... and the pool is a hop, skip, and jump away... Angelika and George were a delight. George had come over the night before we left, and we stood outside and talked to him for about half an hour... Very kind and down to earth people... I travel to various beach destinations at least twice a year, and have done so for many years. That being said, I would recommend unit 912 to anyone... and believe me when I say that there a few places that I have stayed in which I would never say the same.. We will be back!!! thanks to George and Angelika for an awesome condo to stay in for the week!!!!"

  • Wonderful week at El Presidente

"Unit 301 is a very beautiful and large unit. My family, (4 adults and 2 children) stayed the first week of August. El Presidente is well maintained, with a lovely pool at the front of the condo with access to gorgeous Siesta Key. There are plenty of lounges around the pool as well as on the beach. In addition, there is a tennis court at the back. We appreciated the updated kitchen which was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There are two balconies with sliding glass doors - one overlooking the tennis court and the other looking out towards the beach. The washer and drier were replaced while we were there (the drier wasn't working). We only had to report it to the office and it was dealt with immediately. Thank you, Anne, for looking after El Presidente's guests and maintenance of the property so well. (She also lent us tennis raquets from the office). The condo had a nice large beach umbrella and beach chairs, and beach towels were provided. The sunroom was great as it gave some privacy for the adults while the kids watched t.v. in the living room. It was also a great room to have breakfast and a morning coffee. We have been to Siesta Key many times, renting various condos along the beach. This one was the nicest we have ever rented! We really hated to leave."
