"To sum it up with very few words...HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We have been coming to this condo for 5 years now. Couldn't dream of staying anywhere else on this property! When the listing says beach front, thats exactly what it is! The unit is very spacious, well decorated, nicely furnished and extremely clean! Joan and Paul are top notch owners who take pride in their place(s) and your stay! Great places within walking distances to eat, get ice cream, rent bikes, scooters, shopping and boating. We would highly recommend this condo! Looking forward to next year!"

  • Best condo we have ever rented at Midnight Cove. We have stayed there since 1986.

"My husband and I stayed at you condo for the month of February. It was absolutely perfect. All of the furnishing were beautiful. Can't wait until our next visit to your condo in October and again in February do 2015. Thank you again."

  • Beautiful Condo and great location!

"Wonderfully updated condo on Siesta Key...I loved the continuity of the decorating of this place. The quality of the renovation is excellent and was very appreciated. Because we were there during what was described as the worst January anyone could remember(low temps and not much sunshine), we spent more time inside the condo than we had anticipated...all the more reason to be thankful for the lovely surroundings! The pool temperature is kept nice and warm and was enjoyed on the sunny days, as was the fabulous white sandy beach. Also enjoyed the tennis courts which are steps from this unit and were always available when we wanted to play. Peppertree Bay is situated ideally between Siesta Key village and the Stickney Point shops and restaurants, so the options are great for dining. We enjoyed the month in spite of the less than perfect weather...a great and relaxing vacation!"
