  • Fantastic beach, excellent accommodations, convenient location!

"Sandy and Jim's condo includes everything you want for an outstanding beach vacation! The property is located right across the street from the beach and has numerous amenities to enjoy. We've stayed at the Anchorage on two separate occasions and its always quiet and kept neat and clean. Sandy and Jim's condo has been updated to include first class accommodations. New bedding, large flat screen TVs in every room, plenty of comfortable seating, kitchen utensils galore, and lots of beach supplies! You truly only need to bring your clothes to have a great time. Sandy and Jim take great pride in their condo and it shows by the way they keep it and the amenities they offer!"

  • Nice condo with a nice layout

"This condo is laid out very nicely. The lobby/hallway areas of condo are dated and elevator is slow but once in the condo, it is nice and huge sliding glass doors let the light and views in with beautiful sunsets. The positives were a large condo with nice balcony space and large family room area. The master bedroom is nice and bed comfortable. The grounds of the condo are kept up, pool and tennis court areas are nice. The negatives were two things out of the owners control and that is the condo is across from a large public beach parking area that is under construction and the equipment and workers start between 7 and 8 am with the machinery noise and beeping, plus the site of all this construction not the greatest. The second is the sound proofing in the master bedroom from the upstairs bathroom, where we could here all use of toilet. Road noise can be loud if you are a light sleeper. The bedroom with the two double beds got very poor reviews as being the most uncomfortable beds ever slept on. The condo is a mile from the town area. Overall I would recommend this condo taking into consideration those items mentioned and the construction will end eventually."

  • Best Family Vacation - Perfect Location

"My husband and I brought our three young boys to Midnight Sea for a week in April. We have said several times since we've been back that it was the best vacation we've ever had. Our goal was to have NO itinerary, no schedule - just lazy beach days. We succeeded in that goal! The condo is a VERY short walk to the beach, so if we needed to run back to grab something, it was not a big deal. The unit was SO clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Our nine-year-old loved having the non-conforming bedroom to himself. Everything went off without a hitch as far as the condo rental went. We stopped at Costco on our way to Siesta Key (about 10 minutes from the condo), stocked up, and ate most of our meals in which was a huge cost saver (and sanity-saver as going out to eat with three boys isn't all that pleasant). :) Thank you Peggy and family for sharing your beautiful Florida home with us. We hope to stay at Midnight Sea again!!"

  • Perfect - Great location, beautiful interior, and very well managed unit!

"Just a quick note to say this is the nicest place I have stayed in Siesta. The owners obviously care about the finer things and the details show!! They have great taste. No, I'm not related to them, just have stayed at several "nice" properties, only to find them to be very average. The location is excellent, across the street from the north (quieter) end of the public beach, and a 100 yards to The Broken Egg (and the heart of town). The property management team does a great job as well - the place was spotless and all communication was very well handled. We'll stay there again for sure!"
