  • A wonderful experience!!!

"This was one of the best vacations we have had. This condo really played a huge role in making it a wonderful vacation. It was spotless, the decor was modern yet very warm, really created a home away from environment. The owner was extremely accomadating, helpful and kind. There were beach toys for the kids to take to the beach, the condo had an amazing view of the siesta key. The whole transaction was very smooth and professional If I can give it more stars I would, the beach was the most beautiful beach we had ever seen, we will definetly be back to this beach and condo.Once you come here you wont go anywhere else. The only bad thing was the time flew by too quickly. I almost forgot there was a dryer and a wash in the codno, it was very secured we felt extremely safe. October was a wondeful time to go, weather was perfect and water was warm The Fit Family"

  • Top notch accommodations, best location on the island

"My family of four has been renting FL beach houses for years now and this was by far the best house we have rented. We easily walked back and forth to the beach several times a day and enjoyed an under 10 minute walk to the village for dinners, ice cream, etc. The house is very nicely decorated with a beach theme that we loved, and all beds, sheets and towels were extremely comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and is in perfect condition. Bathrooms are nicely renovated and we all just LOVED the yard and spotless pool. Amenities such as great beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and rafts were greatly appreciated. We also loved the books, games and toys in the house too. This was one time I felt like we were staying in someone's home instead of a rental house. Thank you for a great vacation, we will be back!!! No need to look elsewhere on SK. Local management was really nice too."

  • Fantastic Stay in a Great Condo!

"We had a great time during our stay at this lovely condo. We've stayed at a variety of condo's on Siesta Key (and in other spots) and by far the best feature about this condo was how well stocked it was. All the little things really add up to the big things from having plenty of towels for showers, plenty of beach towels, extra pillows and blankets, really comfortable beds, to plenty of beach toys and chairs on the patio. We did almost all our meals in the kitchen and were so pleased to find it well stocked with plenty of utensils, pots/pans and even plenty of Tupperware to store the leftovers in. We also loved the spaciousness of the condo itself (great size!) and the beautiful and spacious back porch. This was a great condo in a great location (just a short walk out the back porch to the key and a short walk out the front door to the heat pool. Also a great price point. Will definitely come back!"

  • Beautiful unit, great location but issues with noise and parking

"The owners have done a great job with this unit. It is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Everything is just as described. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Close to the beach and in the heart of the village. We were a bit concerned with potential noise from the nearby restaurants and bars, but that was not an issue at all. The noise issues we encountered were two-fold. An adjacent unit was occupied by an elderly person who is apparently hard of hearing and lonely. The TV blared most of the night in that unit and unfortunately, the sound travels into one of the bedrooms which makes for a tough night. I'm sure the neighbor has no idea that the TV is too loud. Hopefully, that person was also a tenant and not a renter, as no one else has mentioned it in any of the reviews. The nearby Siesta Key Fitness Center blares techo music most mornings when it opens at 7 AM, which is especially loud on warm mornings when they prop their front doors open. Additionally, we often had no place to park as the fitness patrons would be in the spaces belonging to the Villa. I'm sure we could have called and the property manager would have had them towed, but the fact that the parking wasn't available when we needed it, especially when returning with groceries was particularly annoying. And since the parking pass we were supplied was out of date, we were concerned that our car would also be towed if it were parked when someone was checking for illegally parked vehicles. If the issues with the Fitness Center get permanently fixed, and perhaps a bit more sound insulation added between units, this place would be a 5."
