  • Great Vacation

"First off, I would like to say that the owners of the townhouse were great with communication, before, during, and after the trip. As far as what I hoped for with the townhouse when I booked it...cleanliness and easy access to Siesta Key Beach. End was the perfect choice for my family. The location of the townhouse is definitely a huge selling point. Access to the beach, via a private gate (only a 30 second walk from your front door) is huge. Various resorts across the street have arrangements for their guests to access the beach through private gates; but those guests have quite a long walk...and the one's I saw doing it (with bags, coolers, towels, kids) all looked exhausted. The location of Siesta Beach House is perfect. Perfect for walking back to the townhouse to restock the cooler, to make a quick lunch, or to simply get out of the sun for an hour. The private beach, for people staying at the complex, is just beyond the access gate. A very short, easy walk to the water. The beach property has lounging chairs/lounges available for guests. The lounges were always available. Never a problem. The cleanliness of the townhouse was awesome. The interior decor is neutral, but it was extremely clean, relaxing and had everything you needed. The kitchen appliances worked great, and as far as utensils, you had everything you needed for whatever you were making. The upstairs had a full bath between the bedrooms and the downstairs had a half-bath between the kitchen and living room. Both were very well maintained. There are outdoor charcoal grills just outside the back door. The patio and chairs were outside the front door. The townhouse had central air which worked perfectly. The pool was about a 30 second walk from the condo and looked very nice; especially for younger kids (we didn't use it, we came for the beach). There was a laundry facility about 20 seconds away and we never had a problem getting open machines. All in all, I would definitely recommend booking this townhouse for a vacation on the Key. The location is absolutely awesome and the unit itself was perfect. The grounds were clean and there was security on site 24/7 (not that they need it, just more of a visual presence). It was everything I had hoped for and was money well spent. Looking forward to a return visit."

  • A home away from home

"This rental exceeded our expectations. Located minutes from Tamiami Trail with its various stores and restaurants but only minutes from the beach. The beach, a five minute walk from door to actual foot in water, was aboslutely beautiful, spacious and quiet. For more activities, walk on the beach for 10-15 minutes to the public beach. This apartment is well appointed and has been completely renovated and pleasantly decorated. Extremely clean and well stocked to meet any need from beach umbrella and chairs to flat screen, laundry detergent, toilet paper, grill, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. This was a great find and we could not have been happier. It made our stay so much more enjoyable and really felt like this was my home away from home. We drove to Sarasota for dinner at El Grecos which served wonderful authentic greek cuisine. Closer by we dinned at Isan Thai Restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at their authentic home cooked fare, excellent. Brian was exceptional. He attended to all of our needs. Will return for sure and would highly recommend this apartment."

  • Excellent description of condo and the picture is indeed the awesome view you have from the lanai!

"Lynn....We just want to thank you for being so organized about renting your beautiful Condo! We were so impressed and pleased with EVERYTHING.....from the location, to the cleanliness(which was impeccable), to the decor(beautifully decorated) to the extras we didn't expect (such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas and toys, and inside board games). The kitchen had anything you needed as far as dishes and pots and pans to cook a feast (just a quick trip to the grocery and we were all set)!! It was very nice that you provided a laundry card, and detergent and softener (even though we didn't use them). Also we appreciate you leaving us the information on how to get in touch with you if we needed ANYTHING! The Siesta Key Village was a short drive and was the "Happening Place" ....lots of fun, great food, and neat shops! We ate at Gilligan's (delicious burgers) and at the Daiquiri Deck(great shrimp)! Our most favorite place we ate though was one of the restaurants you recommended Lynn .....Owens Fish Camp ~ the food was EXCELLENT and our server was very friendly and helpful to suggestions of her favorites! ***** THANK YOU THANK YOU We have already recommended your Condo to several friends and family! And we are looking forward to our next trip to Siesta Key and staying at your Condo !!!!! Again Lynn .....Tony and I appreciate how stress free you made this vacation!!!!!"

  • Ideal Family Condo Across the Street From the Beach - Perfect in Every Way!

"Our family stayed at this condo for one week in June 2014. The owners were most hospitable and made us feel very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items to prepare meals and milkshakes :-) There were plenty of toys, chairs, umbrellas so that we had all we needed to head over to the beach! The condo was spacious and had plenty of comfortable furniture and excellent tv service for the evenings we stayed in with our sunburns - there was even a cupboard loaded with games and books. Bathrooms were stocked with PLENTY of towels and the shower pressure was strong and 3 adults showered and we still had hot water! Finally, the beds were very comfortable. It was like being at home on the beach. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful - we hope it is available the next time we head to Siesta Key!"
