  • Fantastic!!

"We absolutely loved our vacation here! The condo is so nice and right on the beach, even when the weather didn't cooperate we could enjoy the lanai and listen to the waves! The way the condo is open makes it seem much larger than others I have stayed in. Carrie was great to get us in early as we had driven thru the night. The pool area was a great wind break area to catch some sun when it was too chilly on the beach and we loved the shuffle board!! Fantastic condo!"

  • This is the WHOLE package! Perfect vacation spot.

"My family recently stayed at this condo, and we can't recommend it highly enough. This is a great location! You walk directly across the street to the beach and can see/hear the ocean from the lanai. It was a wonderful treat having all the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. available for use, especially if you fly and are unable to pack those things. The unit itself feels luxurious...the kitchen & baths are nicer than mine at home! The pool, covered parking, & easy check-in are extra nice bonuses too. We also enjoyed Siesta Village for dinner & drinks. No need to drive...We walked there & took the free cabs home. Book it!"

  • ...a dream come true

"Our recent visit is one that we will never forget. As avid DIYer's, we never seem to slow down and are constantly working on our projects. Since we were coming to Florida for a wedding, we felt that this would be a good time to try & teach ourselves how to relax. From the time I contacted Nita about booking to the time we arrived back home, we couldn't have been more pleased with how smooth everything went. After having a couple of bad experiences with vacation properties we've rented, we were both very skeptical. We were truly blown away with this property. From the cleanliness, having everything one would need in a kitchen, the bed in the master bedroom, the pool... I could go on and on. Having a design background, it was so nice to be in a place that was not cluttered and was tastefully done with all the finishes matching. Some vacation rentals look like they've shopped at garage sales. Not so for this little piece of heaven. It was also very nice to have Clayton's at the end of the street. We ate there several times. Yes, we did learn to relax and hopefully we will return for needed retraining:)"

  • Rustic cottage

"The proximity of the beach house to the gulf was fantastic. The house was very rustic and charming, however many areas need to be upgraded throughout including the appliances. The beach house is so popular, that it's hard for the owner to schedule some time to get the work done. The pool was not maintained during our 2 week stay, and as a result algae made pool enjoyment impossible halfway through the second week. The pool service was quickly dismissed by the owner."
