"We spent a wonderful week in this immaculate and beautifully furnished condo. We were amazed the first time we stepped on the cool and soft white sand of the Siesta Key Beach that was right across the street. Our morning walks were a wonderful way to begin our days and our evening walks were rewarded with the most incredible sunsets. We can't wait to go back to the Ringling Museum and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. There was just too much to do in one visit to either place. There were excellent restaurants to eat very close by. Our favorites were the Lobster Pot, Shakespeare's Pub, the Village Cafe, the Bonjour French Cafe and Another Broken Egg. We really enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided by the owners into the village. It made us feel a little better about all the extra delicious calories we were consuming. We made many special memories celebrating our 41st anniversary and my husband's 64th birthday and look forward to making many more."

"our stay at the condo was fantastic! the unit was very clean and beautifully furnished in a nautical theme, the unobstructed beach view was unbelievable, the 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. there was a bit of sand on the living room sofa and chairs when we got there but i suppose thats to be expected of seaside living. you only have to bring your clothes and toiletries and nothing else. there's a separate storage closet that holds beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, shovels, pails) which made our beach-lounging perfect! the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, publix grocery is just a short drive away, the restaurants nearby are too many it was hard to choose where to eat next, hosedowns just outside the building were convenient (dont bring sand in to the unit!) and the covered parking area were big pluses! siesta key is definitely worthy of its #1 rating for best beaches- white cool sand, clear green waters, quiet surf, fabulous sunsets. i'm sure i could gush some more. thank you Ed and Brenda for sharing your vacation home with us! we look forward to our next vrbo rental at siesta key with you."

  • EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC!!!

"Sue's spacious condo on Siesta Key surpassed our expectations for our anniversary getaway. It was even better than the pictures, and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. The decor was so tasteful, the condo was spotlessly clean, the beds and bedding were very comfy, and the kitchen was so well equipped for our large family to make some great meals. We absolutely loved the location on Siesta Key and liked the convenience to the mainland. Great shopping was just over the bridge. The beach was sparkling clear, pristine, and not as crowded as the public beach. We loved the beach chairs that were provided by the condo, and the kids loved the pool after going to the beach. We utilized the tiki hut for an unforgettable family BBQ at sunset. We were all very sad to leave this fantastic place. This rates as one of our favorite places to spend a family getaway. Sue is exceptionally helpful and makes sure her guests are taken care of. We would definitely like to return to Sue's condo at the Sea Shell on Siesta Key."
