  • Beautiful Condo and We love the beach

"We have stayed at this unit several times and would highly recommend it. It is big, very clean and very comfortable. The pools at Excelsior are a good size and very well maintained. Private access to the gorgeous beach is easy and close-by. Joe, the owner, is a pleasure to work with - You will love this place!"

  • Love SK!

"We go to SK every spring break and rent frequently at Bayside. It's a great location with beach access across the street. This condo fit our families perfectly with the 2 bedrooms for the adults (2 coupled) and the bunk room for the kids. The location is ideal being right across the street from one of the pools and a quick walk to the tennis courts. We love the tennis courts right next to the pools so the kids can swim while the adults play tennis. The view from the veranda of the bay was a plus. We had one issue with a bed but maintenance fixed it for us. Nice updated condo with a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again."

  • Loved this place!

"The unit had everything we needed and was super close to the beach, dining, and nightlife. We parked our car in the reserved spot when we arrived and didn't need to drive anywhere until it was time to leave! The bed was comfy and the entire unit was very clean. The pool was small as described but there was enough room for all guests to relax if needed (we had it to ourselves during our stay). Beach chairs were supplied and a nice bonus not having to pack ours. Would love to stay again!"

  • August 2014 stay

"This is a great unit and well situated. The access to the pool and beach was very convenient especially with 1 and 3 year old grandchildren in tow. The condo is spacious with adequate seating for all of us. The wifi worked well and the condo had extended cable programming and HD. The only thing I wish was different is the location of the covered parking for the unit. While there are spaces right outside of the lanai they are not for this unit. The assigned parking is not far but I had the impression when booking the unit that the space was right outside the condo. All in all a great place to stay. Comfortable, well stocked, and clean. It is also very convenient to local stores and restaurants (walking distance)."
