"This was our first trip to Siesta Kay, and it is an understatement to say that we loved it there. The condo is perfection. It had everything that we needed, including extras, such as an umbrella for the beach, and other beach fun toys!!! The location is perfect as well. We stayed in unit 912. The walk to the beach was 4 minutes (at the most), and if you stroll out the back sliding glass doors, you are almost literally on the waterfront... and the pool is a hop, skip, and jump away... Angelika and George were a delight. George had come over the night before we left, and we stood outside and talked to him for about half an hour... Very kind and down to earth people... I travel to various beach destinations at least twice a year, and have done so for many years. That being said, I would recommend unit 912 to anyone... and believe me when I say that there a few places that I have stayed in which I would never say the same.. We will be back!!! thanks to George and Angelika for an awesome condo to stay in for the week!!!!"

  • Romantic and Relaxing Retreat!

"We spent a wonderful week in this immaculate and beautifully furnished condo. We were amazed the first time we stepped on the cool and soft white sand of the Siesta Key Beach that was right across the street. Our morning walks were a wonderful way to begin our days and our evening walks were rewarded with the most incredible sunsets. We can't wait to go back to the Ringling Museum and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. There was just too much to do in one visit to either place. There were excellent restaurants to eat very close by. Our favorites were the Lobster Pot, Shakespeare's Pub, the Village Cafe, the Bonjour French Cafe and Another Broken Egg. We really enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided by the owners into the village. It made us feel a little better about all the extra delicious calories we were consuming. We made many special memories celebrating our 41st anniversary and my husband's 64th birthday and look forward to making many more."

  • Our Favorite Home Away From Home

"We live in Central Florida but also enjoy a beach get-a-way a couple of times a year. We have stayed at several gulf coast beaches over the years and have found there is nothing better than the combination of Joan & Paul's condos + Siesta Key + Crescent Beach. We have stayed several times in 3 of their units in Crescent Arms and found all of them to be well maintained and furnished. And they add the personal contact to make us feel at home here."

  • Spring vacation

"We had a very enjoyable stay in David's condo! It was very well stocked from kitchen plates, silverware and appliances to beach chairs and towels! The washer and dryer worked well. The view from the lanai was beautiful looking over the beach and the pool. We had great communication with David, the owner!"
