  • A little piece of heaven

"I have stayed at this condo on two occasions and look forward to staying there again sometime soon. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and immaculate, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is wonderful-so close to the gorgeous beach and with shopping, restaurants, bike rental etc. all within a short distance. Highly recommended!"

  • Loved it

"Me and my wife stayed here for 17 days in May this year.. We are seasoned travelers to Siesta Key and to this location specifically. We love this condo and we love staying on this side. He condo gives you full access to the private beach and the fishing pier. The beech and afternoon views are amazing and the evening sunset breathtaking. The restaurants are walking distance. If you love to fish, the pier is the place for you. It is never crowded and you can catch wonderful grouper, snapper, mackerel, huge snook and for a special treat, manatees show up just about every single day. We highly recommend this condo and will be going back year after year.."

  • Can't wait to go back!!!

"Villa #10 was out little home away from home. We LOVED it!! We had everything we needed and Diane was great to work with and very prompt with responding to my emails and questions. The villa is larger than it appears in the pictures. Big closet in Master and the mattress was very comfortable. Having a garage to park in and put our sandy chairs in was a huge plus!! It was great to just get there and go in and not have to wait for elevator or have to get a cart. Everything was very clean, both inside and out. Just a few steps from the front pool and a short walk to the beautiful beach!!! We felt very at home in this villa and we have already booked it for next year. :). Within walking distance to market, Captain Curt's restaurant and short drive to Siesta Village."

  • Beware Coldwell Banker

"This is a charming quiet condo that my wife and I enjoyed immensely. However I would not rent here again because the rental agent is Coldwell Banker and they were impossible to deal with. Their instructions were not clear, I had to contact them numerous times to find out information about the condo, and this was after we checked in. To top things off they made me wait two and a half months to get my deposit back after I contacted them to ask where it was. Then they shorted me $24.75 even tho we left the condo in immaculate condition. Renter beware !!!"
