  • What a nice Condo!

"This is a very well kept, very clean, beautiful Bay-side condo. It is a perfect place for my family and I to stay during our winter break. The pools were nice, the tennis courts were fun, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The town was very nice as well. The only problem I had was not being able to stay longer. Thanks again!"

  • Visitors from Montreal

"We just came back from a 9 nights stay at this unit. It was so quiet and peaceful. The short walk to the beach, the two pools were perfect for the family vacation. We would definetly go back. Even if some things in the unit need a replanishment (matress in the second bedroom, caulking in both bathrooms, blinds need to be cleaned) it was not a big concern. We really enjoyed our vacations and were able to relax before coming back to the "real" world! The owner was really helpful while we were searching for a place to stay. He answered our many questions very quickly."

  • Perfect home and destination!

"My family just returned from a perfect vacation in Siesta Key. It was our first visit and we can't wait to go back. I can't say enough good things about this home. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The location could not be better. It is a short walk to both the village with great restaurant and shops and the famous Siesta Key beach. Once we pulled in the driveway we could have done without our vehicle. The house has EVERYTHING we needed, from plenty of beach towels to coolers for the beach, toys for the kids and bikes to tour the area. The pictures of the home and pool area don't do it justice. The appliances are furnishings are all high end and is larger than appears in the photos. The house was spotless when we arrived. It is obvious the owners take pride in the home. We spent each morning outside in the lanai having coffee and listening to the birds etc. Our favorite place to eat was the SKOB (Siesta Key Oyster Bar) and the kids loved Big Olaf's ice cream. We went to each several times during our stay. There is plenty of great options for food and shopping in the village. The owners are extremely nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach is amazing. We spent most of our time right at the beach access closest to the home but the main, public beach is a short walk. Truly some of the best sunsets we've ever seen. The kids had a blast playing in the waves, building sand castles and searching for sand dollars. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. All of us, kids included, can't wait to go back. I would recommend this to anyone."

  • Beautiful, tranquil vacation

"Would recommend highly. Best location on Siesta Key. Took our 2 dogs and felt completely at home. Owners and staff were terrific and so friendly. Stayed for a month but could have stayed longer since the experience was so pleasant. Apartment was clean, spacious and right on the beach. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation; I guarantee you won't be sorry."
