  • Our stay at Gary's condo in Siesta Key.

"We have rented Gary's condo for three years now and next year will be our fourth. New carpeting in the living area and bedrooms gives the condo a warmth that seems more like a home than a condo. The new window treatments are attractive and easy to slide across the sliding doors. The condo is clean and the beds are comfortable. I particularly enjoy Gary's condo as it is right next to the laundry room, almost like having it in the condo itself. However, the washers and dryers are quiet enough so that they are not disturbing. Being right on the beach is a real plus. At night it is nice to leave any one of the three sliding doors open to hear the sound of the waves lulling one to sleep. The morning sun shines on the Lanai so we often sit at the table on the Lanai to enjoy our breakfast and a cup of coffee. The Lanai is quite private even though it is directly across from the south building being on the 7th floor so we eat nearly all of our meals there instead of inside. The location of the condo is perfect. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance, as are gift and clothing shops, a fresh meat market, the Post Office, ice cream, grocery, and places to rent boats and bikes. Just down the beach to the south is the Point of Rocks where there is an abundance of shells and about a mile walk to the north is the Public Beach where, if you are fortunate, you may find a sand dollar or two. The Village of Siesta Key is a short drive to the north. Located just to the north of the bridge on Stickney Point Road on Midnight Pass gives us easy access to Gary's condo at Crescent Arms. Gary has been exceptionally accommodating, keeps good communication with us and provides us with any information that we need to have an enjoyable vacation."

  • Great experience

"We found the house to be perfect for our vacation. The price was good, and the owners were easy to work with. Our bed was comfortable, and the TV in the bedroom was a plus. We sat on the patio, strolled a short way to the beach (no busy street to cross), and strolled the opposite way to swim in the heated pool. We cooked most of our dinners there. The neighbors next door were very quiet. Everyone who owns and rents in that small development is very friendly and returns every year. We hope to return as that is a very convenient house with an extraordinary beach."

  • Amazing Ocean View!

"Wow, what a beautiful place! The condo was very bright, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The ocean view from the large deck was incredible and exactly what we were looking for. The location of the unit to both the ocean and the pool was great! We were in the area from Minnesota for a family wedding on Lido Beach and couldn't have been happier with this find! We definitely plan on going back to Siesta Key and hopefully can stay at this beautiful condo again! Thank you!!"
