  • Wonderful Vacation

"We had a good time in Siesta Key. The condo is clean and right on the beach. The beach chair provided by the complex is a plus. Covered parking is also a plus, as it is hot in Fl. The condo is next to the laundry room and the elevator, so quite convenient. Go to Madeira Beach for parasailing and deep sea fishing, as it is much less expensive. Will return next year!"

  • Beautiful Condo and great location!

"Wonderfully updated condo on Siesta Key...I loved the continuity of the decorating of this place. The quality of the renovation is excellent and was very appreciated. Because we were there during what was described as the worst January anyone could remember(low temps and not much sunshine), we spent more time inside the condo than we had anticipated...all the more reason to be thankful for the lovely surroundings! The pool temperature is kept nice and warm and was enjoyed on the sunny days, as was the fabulous white sandy beach. Also enjoyed the tennis courts which are steps from this unit and were always available when we wanted to play. Peppertree Bay is situated ideally between Siesta Key village and the Stickney Point shops and restaurants, so the options are great for dining. We enjoyed the month in spite of the less than perfect weather...a great and relaxing vacation!"

  • Single woman in her 60's

"I just returned from a 3 week stay at Canal Place. The weather was wonderful, the cottage very comfortable and appointed with everything you could ever imagine. The beautiful Siesta Key Beach is a 7 minute walk although I did drive over sometimes in the 5-7Pm hour just because I was lazy and wanted to maximize the quiet time on the beach to read. There is a kayak out the front door and 3 bikes in the back. It's a 7 minute walk in a different direction to the hardware store, grocery/wine store, shops and all of the restaurants. It is a very safe and populated neighborhood but you might want a flashlight if you are walking home after dark. Ali and Rich could not be nicer and more helpful. Book early, these cottage go fast. • Wonderful week in Siesta Key

"My husband, 4 year old daughter and myself, really enjoyed this perfect condo for our summer vacation to Siesta Key. Every detail was paid attention to, the staff on site were generous and inviting, and the beach... amazing. The condo was well very well stocked! We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning and moonlit walks on the beach (that turned into Frozen dance parties with my 4 year old singing Let it Go). We would spend our days at the beach - the beach cart, umbrella and chairs were fantastic!! So helpful to have all of that stuff to cart over to the beach instead of carrying it by hand. And in the early evenings, we would spend an hour or two at the pool. Every evening we took the little cabs (tips only) into the village for some walking, shopping, and dinner. The Siesta Key Oyster Bar was our absolute favorite (ate there twice). Olafs ice cream and Manny's mini donuts... holy goodness. Delicious. Such a wonderful, relaxing vacation and many thanks to Heather and Les for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. We truly enjoyed it and the lovely bottle of wine that you left for us :) We hope to come back next year!!"
