  • Wonderful Condo in a Great Location

"The perfect location! The condo is clean. The beds sleep great. We've stayed at several other condos on the north end through the years, but we'll be staying here from now on. The pool has ocean views and a restroom on site. Very safe facility."

  • Good location and lots of room!!

"Stayed here in March, the house was clean and well stocked. The owner was very friendly and very easy to get ahold of, she answered all my questions promptly. Called the owner and talked to her to ease my mind since this was the first time booking thru VRBO, she was very helpful and put my mind at ease, gave me tips about the area! The house was in a great location on a nice quiet street, short driving distance to the beaches and shopping at St. Armands Circle with plenty of shops , restaurant's and ice cream places! Lots of other eating options in the Sarasota area. We had 4 adults and 3 children in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The listing and photos were accurate on the website. Everyone had a great time and the weather was absolutely amazing!! Thanks for an uncomplicated stay! I would stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the SW Florida area."

  • Super nice condominium!!

"After being away from Sanibel for a long time, it was a very refreshing return, especially to this condo. The décor was professionally appointed bringing in the beach-like atmosphere that added to the overall ambiance. We will definitely return to this great vacation condo unit. The SIBC management was extremely helpful in recommending dining and entertainment on the island. Bicycles were readily available at no charge to the resort visitors. Bike trails are easy to follow and offer a tropical self-guided tour of the island with quick stops for ice cream creations or your favorite beverage. Of the many fine restaurants on Sanibel, we were happy to find some of our favorites still serving great fare. Recommended: Lighthouse Café for breakfast and Doc Ford's for a great dinner experience (killer shrimp!!). And don't forget Mucky Duck on Captiva - best sunsets anywhere. The Lazy Flamingo still owns a fantastic Chicken Caesar salad - strongly recommended any time of day or nite. And don't forget to say 'hello' to the birds at Jerry's. Bring your sunscreen, flip-flops and beach attire as you practice your "Sanibel Stoop". Or, you can just relax at the pool or hot tub. We'll be back next year...."

  • Beautiful Condo!

"Rick was very easy to work with and we truly loved the condo. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The pictures were great but in person the condo really jumped out at us. We met some really great couples and had fun nights going to the market square via public transportation. We are looking forward to coming back! Thanks, Rick!!!"
