  • Fantastic vacation!

"This was the second year of renting this unit and it's already been booked for next November. Like all others in the complex, this unit has a beautiful water view, but what sets it apart is that it is a corner unit that has been expertly converted from a two to a three bedroom, offering plenty of private space for guests or children. The owner is very attentive and is continually adding upgrades to make an already fantastic experience even better. As a result, there is no shortage of beach towels, beach chairs, parasols, coolers, fishing rods, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans and all kinds of extras. The complex is very well maintained with large and smaller heated pools, tennis courts, fitness rooms, a pool table and a private picnic area right beside the Intracoastal Waterway with two new Weber barbecues. What's best is that all of this is within steps of two waterfront restaurants/bars, a pub-style restaurant, a boat rental facility and Turtle Beach, where it's seldom busy and where you can walk your chairs over to catch stellar sunsets. I highly recommend this spot for those seeking a truly memorable vacation experience."

  • Second Visit and Can't Wait for the Next!!

"This was our second visit to this little rental so we knew exactly what to expect. Last time we stayed in the 1 bed/1 bath unit so it was nice to stay in the larger 2 bed/2 bath unit. This rental is located in the cul-de-sac of a quiet street one block from the main road. The owners have thought of everything and anything that one might need while vacationing there! The units are very clean and cozy! The saltwater pool is awesome..whether you are spending the day in the shade/sun lounging by the pool or taking a refreshing dip in the early evening! Since we had my parents with us on this trip, we spent the majority of our time hanging out at the pool versus the beach. The beach is about a 10 minute walk (assuming you are toting all you gear..chairs, cooler etc) but the owners have provided really nice beach carts to carry everything! Also within walking distance is a nice little deli/market makes delicious sandwiches, chicken salad, pasta salads, etc and they also carry almost anything that you forgot to pickup at the larger market (Publix). There are also several restaurants and bars within walking distance along with a good ice cream shop! Don't forget that if you want to go into the village, there are several "free" open air taxi services that work for tips that you can call and then don't have to worry about parking, drinking/driving etc. We will definitely be back....hopefully sooner versus later!! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!!"

  • Best location on Island for village and beach!

"We have stayed in both these units now and we love them both. These units are well appointed, quiet and well located. You can tell the owner pride in either of these two units by the sparling clean pool water, neatly landscaped yard and beautifully decorated living areas. Now these units are a bit small but so easy to overlook with both a back patio and pool PLUS an enclosed screened in porch in front. Lots of places to kick back and relax. These two units are also quiet. We have never heard the neighbors unless they are walking in or out of the unit. Pool area has a BBQ and two separate areas for each tenant. We just love it here.......absolutely perfect!!"

  • Great experience

"We found the house to be perfect for our vacation. The price was good, and the owners were easy to work with. Our bed was comfortable, and the TV in the bedroom was a plus. We sat on the patio, strolled a short way to the beach (no busy street to cross), and strolled the opposite way to swim in the heated pool. We cooked most of our dinners there. The neighbors next door were very quiet. Everyone who owns and rents in that small development is very friendly and returns every year. We hope to return as that is a very convenient house with an extraordinary beach."
