  • What a beautiful view of sunset

"We have enjoyed several condo's at Crescent Beach over the last twenty years. This condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels including beach towels. The owners were easy to work with and answered all our questions. Ian does an excellent job making you feel welcome on the beach. The sunsets were as beautiful as ever."

  • Girls getaway

"Everyone searches for the perfect getaway and when we opened the door to this condo we knew we had found it.Most important to us in choosing a vacation condo is a beachfront location, great sunsets and accommodations that suit the needs of four women. This condo is exactly as pictured with a gulf front view that is hard to beat. It was immaculately clean. The bedrooms are spacious with generous closet space and each had its own bathroom with great water pressure. The kitchen, though on the smaller side, was well equipped and very well organized by the owner. Not necessary but a nice plus was having a slider to the lanai off of each bedroom allowing in the ocean breezes and sounds of the surf. We enjoyed the drum circle on the beach at sunset and the sand sculpting contest. A review of Siesta Key would not be complete without mentioning the amazing powder-like sand on the beach. Would rent this condo again in a heartbeat."

  • Can't wait to go back!!!

"This was a first SB to this area, but it certainly won't be our last. This house was perfect for our family. The house has everything you could want in a vacation home (fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, beach chairs and toys). The location is fantastic...isolated enough for privacy but close enough to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store (all within a few blocks). The property and the area are easily accessible for our teenager in a wheelchair. We rented a beach wheelchair ($115 for the week) which made beach access so easy. Bring your camera because the gulf views and sunsets are pretty spectacular. The heated pool was so wonderful (and private). The living room with its entertainment system was a great place to watch the NCAA tournament action. I will happily recommend this house to anyone headed to this area (except for next year at SB when we plan to be back). Thanks for helping us have a wonderful trip."

  • A Touch of Class...

"We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but we have never stayed in the beauty and quality of this home. The photos are very accurate of this superbly maintained unit. You will find the owners to be very caring about their guests needs...and willing to offer helpful suggestions. They are proud of their home - and it shows. We particularly liked the lovely newer kitchen, the first class appliances, and the well done bathroom updates. Just staying here gave us ideas for our own home... The location was perfect. We could have coffee every morning on the lanai and watch the parade of boats go by on the Intercoastal - followed by a very short walk to the beach later...especially for the incredible sunsets. Being near the southern Siesta Key bridge gives you easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping on the mainland...although you will want to take a short drive to the fun island village. We used the easy off/easy on to the island to travel the area for day excursions for golf and fantastic waterfront dining at night. This home's amenities are amazing...Feel free to pack lightly. Basically, all you need are your clothes and a few groceries. You may just discover that you do not need sugar...There seems to be plenty of that in the sand on the beach already! We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home with the highest ranking, and we would certainly rent here again."
