  • Family trip of a lifetime!

"We are returning vacationers to Siesta Key, but it was our first time at Midnight Cove and this condo was perfect. We loved the view, the size was great for our family of four, it was a close walk to the beach with all the amenities and the beach helper knew us and what we wanted each day! The pools are clean and warm, the office space for computer use was easy to access, and I loved being able to walk to the local restaurants and markets close by. I would like to have wifi in our condo, but everything else was perfect!"

  • Brilliant Gem of a Home away from Home!

"Our family of 4 (includes 3yro & 6mth old) had the best beach vacation and we are happy to share our review. BOOKING - Very easy! Owner Mike was prompt with emails and was responsive when sorting out a pricing issue with the condo office. UNIT - super clean and well equipped! Very children friendly especially being on the ground floor with a screened lanai. The kids room can get a tad noisy from the elevator traffic but easier solved with our white noise machine. PROPERTY - the office team was efficient and polite. Their "beach ambassador" Ian was the icing that made our trip more than perfect! Ian took care of us, ensure that we had beach chair and umbrellas, pointed out pods of dolphins as they swam by. People working there are all out nice, even the night security guy,William, who ensured that I was fine as I fished off the docks at night. Other notes: a heads up that the condo office charges a processing fee (like most places) and a damage insurance fee that can add up to over $100-- so plan that into you budget. We will return sooner than later!"

  • Casa Mar Stay

"The resort and unit were very nice, had everything we needed...if there were one thing I would ask, it would be some sort of welcome packet with information about the island and surrounding area, for transportation, dining, etc."

  • Great condo on bayside

"The condo was great. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything you needed. The view from the lanai was lovely to sit and watch the boats going past. We even got to see a manatee from there. All in all was a perfect getaway and would definitely rent it again and recommend."
