  • Lovely condo right by the beach!

"We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 30 years and Crescent Royale is an exceptional property! So well maintained, even the laundry rooms were cleaned daily. The pool area was large with plenty of room for sunning. Donna's condo was easily accessible being on the first floor. My husband and I loved the newly decorated condo, it looked so fresh and neat. Donna even came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you might cook or bake. My only concern was the lack of AC in the master bedroom, it must have been 10 degrees warmer in there than in the second bedroom. My husband even shut the vents in the second bedroom, but it was still hot in the master. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back to Donna's condo for another vacation!"

  • Beautiful and convenient!!

"Our family enjoyed this property so much! The unit is beautiful and clean- beds are so comfortable! The owners have it so well stocked with everything you could ever need. They truly have provided every convenience (toiletries, games, chairs, beach gear, towels, Netflix, and more, more, more!) to make their guests feel at home. We loved sitting on the private lanai, watching the boats go by. Everything on the property is keyless- so nice not worrying about keys! The walk to the beach was easy and enjoyable. The complex is easy to get to and is close to the bridge (so you avoid much of the traffic). We loved walking to the Orange Octopus for ice cream, as well as restaurants, gift shops, and the grocery. It's also very easy to catch a free-ride vehicle and enjoy all the Village has to offer. We can't say enough wonderful things about this property!"

  • Great choice

"Great condo in the perfect location of the complex. Across the parking lot to beach access path, pool out back door and launder facilities right next to unit. Well furnished including lots of extras like beach chairs, clean, comfortable beds and owners are very kind and easy to work with! You won't be disappointed!"

  • Romantic and Relaxing Retreat!

"We spent a wonderful week in this immaculate and beautifully furnished condo. We were amazed the first time we stepped on the cool and soft white sand of the Siesta Key Beach that was right across the street. Our morning walks were a wonderful way to begin our days and our evening walks were rewarded with the most incredible sunsets. We can't wait to go back to the Ringling Museum and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. There was just too much to do in one visit to either place. There were excellent restaurants to eat very close by. Our favorites were the Lobster Pot, Shakespeare's Pub, the Village Cafe, the Bonjour French Cafe and Another Broken Egg. We really enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided by the owners into the village. It made us feel a little better about all the extra delicious calories we were consuming. We made many special memories celebrating our 41st anniversary and my husband's 64th birthday and look forward to making many more."
