  • Relaxing vacation

"Four years of perfect weather, a ground level view of the bay, and a pool just steps from our door. The kitchen has been remodeled, and is open to the living area. Easy to converse while you cook! While we love being on the quiet end of the key, we know that shopping and the white sands of Siesta Key Beach are only a few miles away. Donna is always friendly and attentive. We love this condo!"

  • Beautiful Home, Great Location, Wonderful Beach

"Loved our family vacation on Siesta Key. This was our family's first trip to the Florida Gulf Coast and I don't think we could find a better location than Siesta Key to experience it . This home is beautiful, very comfortable, and well maintained. You can have lunch out by the pool and cocktails on the rooftop enjoying the beautiful sunset. It was very well equipped, beautifully furnished, clean, and I can't think of anything more you would need. The location can't be beat. Easy short walk to the beach and the village restaurants. The beach area located near the home was not crowded at the time of our stay. If you walk a little ways down the beach there is a shallow sand bar a little way off shore that you can wade out to and find many seashells and whole sand dollars (near beach access 5 off of Beach Rd.) My 4 yr old granddaughters loved going to the beach every day. They also enjoyed the small pool. The home was stocked with some beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a cart to carry most of it which made it very easy to just walk and set up on the beach every day. We did drive one day to the main Siesta Beach area and to be honest, we liked the beach area near the home and village better. We chose Siesta Key because we have family nearby in the Sarasota/Bradenton area that we wanted to visit. We had such a fun and relaxing time we are thinking we need come back soon for another visit! The only warning - there are a lot of stairs, two bedrooms on the 3rd floor and one bedroom (twin room) off the kitchen, living area on 2nd floor. Pool and game room on 1st, rooftop on 4th. There is an elevator for traveler's who need it, a bit slower to get where you want to go but nice to have especially when taking your luggage up and down."

  • A Very Pleasant Experience

"Overall we were thrilled with our one month stay in March 2015. The condo unit is clean and uncluttered, and it is stocked with everything you might need- enough dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, etc. The king sized bed is comfortable, albeit a bit soft. A good sized closet fit our suitcases and clothing, and there is plenty of drawer space in the two bureaus. The unit is in a single level building so there is no one above or below you. We came to appreciate the location of the unit- not too close to the pools in the complex, but just a short walk to them. It is also far enough off the street so there is no traffic noise. It was a 2 or 3 minute walk down a pleasantly landscaped and paved path to the absolutely gorgeous private beach. Chairs are provided by the complex- they replaced most of them with brand new chairs this month, and they were always available, even during the busiest weeks in March. We also spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio outside our unit, which looks out to a well maintained grassy area. The grass was always cut, and the pools were heated and clean. Parking was easy- right in front of the unit, and access to trash and recycle bins could not be more convenient. Scott was very responsive to our needs. The glass sliding door needed some attention and he sent someone over to take care of it. He called or stopped by twice to make sure that we had everything we needed, and delivered a brand new microwave. We had no problem with the bathtub- it seemed to drain just fine. We tried putting in a new battery in the clock above the dining room table but it still didn’t work. It probably needs to be replaced.. The only complaint we had, which we talked to him about- was that the cleaner showed up to clean the unit at 3:40 pm, and let us in at 3:59 pm. It seemed unnecessary to have waited that long when the previous tenants were out of the unit by 11 am, and we wondered how much cleaning could have happened in that amount of time. All in all, staying at this condo exceeded our expectations and we hope to return someday."
