"Long time girlfriends time to get away was wonderful. The place felt like home and decorated to everyone's comfort level. Nice having a pool as well. Only thing was it was confusing as to where we were to be on the beach since the condos had designated areas. Owner made aware."

"Second year staying in this complex. Very clean and comfortable. Three restaurants and the beach are all within a five minute walk. With Spring Break in full swing, the area is quiet and peaceful. Karen is very nice to work with and was helpful a year ago in finding lodging for myself. I hope to return."

  • Wonderful location!

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Bay Club. The location is perfect in that you have access to both the intracoastal waterway on one side and the beach on the other. We took advantage of both and also enjoyed the pool in the center of the complex. The condo is so close to the intracoastal waterway - perfect for walking down in the morning and enjoying the water and wildlife with your coffee. We saw a lot of birds - blue herons, egrets, pelicans and white ibis - and also a dolphin. It was nice to have dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, etc., in the condo when we arrived. Also, we appreciated how Nancy had a plumber come right away to clear out a slow drain. We used the beach chairs and umbrella since the chairs on the beach were all taken (Easter week!). Our kids left their two skim boards for others to use in the Gulf. Every day we saw people working on the property - mowing the lawn, cleaning the pools and pool deck, picking up any trash, etc. They do a very nice job of keeping the property clean. We rented jet skis just down the road and rode them up to Sarasota Bay. We had many choices of nearby restaurants - especially loved the mini donut stand, Bonjour Cafe, and Solorzano Bros. Pizzeria. Everyone found something to read at Used Book Heaven. We have already recommended this condo to our friends."
