  • Great unit

"This is a lovely unit with many nice updated features. Siesta Breakers is positioned so almost all units have a nice view of the gulf. Directly across the street are a small market, restaurant and marina. #307 has a wonderful view of the beach and lovely sunsets. The owner added so many nice touches in addition to new furnishings. They have tons of towels and sheets, beach towels, toys for kids, games and umbrellas. The building offers chairs on the beach. Our only downside was the fact that construction was going on. The pool looked nice; however we couldn’t use it because of the work and noise. Overall, it is a great location!"

  • Awesome Condo

"My family of 6 (4 kids) stayed here for 1 week and it was our best Spring Break. Condo had all of the conveniences of home and comfortably fit the whole family. The ocean view off the screened in porch was worth the trip alone. It was quiet and relaxed but still within walking distance of 2 restaurants and bars. Within easy driving distance of many grocery stores, etc. Loved it."

  • What a view

"Beautiful, fully updated large two bedroom condo with ocean views. We have vacationed in Siesta Key for years and this is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. Private quiet pool, private beach and just minutes from the Village. The owner has been great to work with and we will keep coming back to this unit for years to come."

  • Fantastic Family Vacation!

"We loved our stay and were sad to leave after our week in paradise! The condo is just lovely, is super clean and stocked with everything one might need. The pictures on VRBO really don't do it justice. Bert, the owner, is very kind, honest and quick to respond to emails/questions. We took advantage of grilling by the pool, swimming in both of the pools and spending the bulk of our time on the amazing beach. The sand is white and soft like flour. The water is warm and calm. Another huge perk is that it is not crowded. It felt like we were spending a week on one of Florida's best well-kept secret beaches. As far as dining out goes, clam chowder at Captain Curt's is a must as is ice cream in the plaza behind the restaurant. We loved the fish tacos at SKOB. Sadly, Javier's was closed for vacation during our stay but we've enjoyed dining there in the past. Pizza at Solorzano Bros. Pizzeria was fantastic. We wouldn't recommend Hub Baja Grill or Big Olaf for ice cream - both were disappointing. We highly recommend this wonderful condo on beautiful Siesta Key Beach!"
