  • Nice Condo

"This condo has generous space for a one bedroom along with nice closet space. It's open concept is an extra benefit as is parking right outside your door, ease of trash disposal and recycling. The unit was clean when we arrived with plenty of bath towels. Bath is small but clean and has plenty of hot water and good pressure. As noted in other comments; more kitchen towels are needed, patio door is hard to work and the tub did drain slow. These are minor issues and should not distract someone from renting. The grounds are well maintained, pools are heated, beach chairs provided and great location. We would recommend this place to friends."

  • Two Weeks in Paradise!

"We couldn't be happier with Debbie & Don's beautiful condo. They have done a marvelous job of decorating and furnishing it with every conceivable comfort and with the highest quality features: Top of the line cabinetry and appliances, charming dishes and serving pieces, lovely original art and beautiful and comfortable furniture. We greatly appreciated the love and care that they put into this condo -- it felt like the kind of home we are used to and we certainly made certain that we treated it with the respect it deserves. We loved the incredible view of beautiful Siesta Key Beach and the magnificent sunsets from the lanai that adjoins both bedrooms and the living and dining room. We enjoyed our walks along the beach and into the village for meals or ice-cream or gelato. Don't miss the glass elevator at the end of the corridor -- it's much more "scenic" than the one closest to the unit!! The location near the southern bridge to the mainland made trips into Sarasota, or to some of our favorite discoveries (the Ringling Museum, Spanish Point, Myakka State Park, Celery Fields for bird watching) and even to Costco & Trader Joe's quite easy. By the time we returned "Home" from our excursions we were more than ready to stretch out and enjoy our favorite shows on the terrific jumbo flatscreen tv in the living room or catch up with the news on the bedroom flatscreen tv -- or to curl up with a book or to just do nothing at all but to enjoy the view! It was truly like two weeks in Paradise and and very hard to leave!"

  • Attractive Condo, Nice Balcony

"Condo is attractively decorated, has a roomy kitchen that is well stocked with cooking equipment, has a large dining room, living room, and wonderful balcony. Excellent washer and dryer for those that need to do a load of clothes. The advertisement pictures and descriptions of the condo and area were absolutely correct. It was especially nice to be able to walk to the beach. The owner was very easy to contact and work with."

  • Three years of enjoyment

"This was our 3rd year at this location. We enjoy the convenience to the beach and the quiet patio area. The new beds are very comfortable and the bamboo sheets and towels are as well. For us that stay multiple weeks,, more towels would be nice addition. Jim is a good host, fun to chat with, and has many suggestion for good food."
