  • Wonderfully relaxing!

"This property was perfect for our family's relaxing vacation! The condo was just as it was described and shown by the pictures. It was very clean and updated! The view from the balcony and sound of the ocean were amazing every evening! The pool and beach were just steps away from the door. The beach toys, chairs and towels were very convenient with our children. Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo! The staff was also very friendly and helpful! We look forward to visiting again!"

  • A Great Vacation

"We (a group of seven persons, all 55+ years old) had a great week in Siesta Key, and the accommodations played no small part in the vacation. The house was very true to the pictures and descriptions available on the internet. The location was excellent (neighborhood was nice, beach was close, village was handy). The house provided our group wonderful space to gather together and/or spread out to read or work or whatever. Our week afforded us an opportunity to use the heat and also the a/c, and both worked well to provide a comfortable environment. The pool and hot tub were very nice, and the lanai was spacious. The deck from the main floor of the house, one story above the pool and inside the lanai, was a great place to read with pleasant fountain sounds in the background and no bugs to annoy the reader. The kitchen was big and bright and very serviceable, and the home was very clean. We were all very pleased with this house. Kim, the Owner, was very helpful; and I would recommend this property to other vacationers."
