  • Our Favorite Home Away From Home

"We live in Central Florida but also enjoy a beach get-a-way a couple of times a year. We have stayed at several gulf coast beaches over the years and have found there is nothing better than the combination of Joan & Paul's condos + Siesta Key + Crescent Beach. We have stayed several times in 3 of their units in Crescent Arms and found all of them to be well maintained and furnished. And they add the personal contact to make us feel at home here."

  • Beautiful Home, Great Location, Wonderful Beach

"Loved our family vacation on Siesta Key. This was our family's first trip to the Florida Gulf Coast and I don't think we could find a better location than Siesta Key to experience it . This home is beautiful, very comfortable, and well maintained. You can have lunch out by the pool and cocktails on the rooftop enjoying the beautiful sunset. It was very well equipped, beautifully furnished, clean, and I can't think of anything more you would need. The location can't be beat. Easy short walk to the beach and the village restaurants. The beach area located near the home was not crowded at the time of our stay. If you walk a little ways down the beach there is a shallow sand bar a little way off shore that you can wade out to and find many seashells and whole sand dollars (near beach access 5 off of Beach Rd.) My 4 yr old granddaughters loved going to the beach every day. They also enjoyed the small pool. The home was stocked with some beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a cart to carry most of it which made it very easy to just walk and set up on the beach every day. We did drive one day to the main Siesta Beach area and to be honest, we liked the beach area near the home and village better. We chose Siesta Key because we have family nearby in the Sarasota/Bradenton area that we wanted to visit. We had such a fun and relaxing time we are thinking we need come back soon for another visit! The only warning - there are a lot of stairs, two bedrooms on the 3rd floor and one bedroom (twin room) off the kitchen, living area on 2nd floor. Pool and game room on 1st, rooftop on 4th. There is an elevator for traveler's who need it, a bit slower to get where you want to go but nice to have especially when taking your luggage up and down."
