  • Perfect vacation

"This was our first time to Siesta Key. The condo was immaculate. The pictures and descriptions couldn't have described the place any better. Shopping and restaurants are in close proximity. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. Our family is already discussing when we can return."

  • Unforgettable

"After four years without a vacation, our family chose Siesta Key as our destination. Without a doubt, we will return every year. Unquestionably the best vacation we’ve ever had. The facilities are gorgeous. The condo was perfect. Siesta Dunes is convenient to everything. At the time of our visit, our kids were 5 and 3. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a life-saver. My sister-n-law and her family came down while we were there and there was plenty of room for the 3 of them and the 4 of us. This beach has to be seen to be believed. It was unlike any beach my husband or I had ever seen. It was the first time our kids had been to the beach so imagine our surprise when we first walked onto the beach the sand was actually cold. It’s like walking on powder. Amazing. This place also has a heated salt water pool, a hot tub and this crazy big deck that literally sits on the beach. Almost nightly (kids willing) we watched the sun set from the deck. The pool/deck area is so nice we literally had to flip a coin as to whether we would go to the beach or the pool. The bottom line is we had a blast. This condo and Siesta Key is now our family’s annual vacation haven. If you have the chance during your stay – take a short drive to Venice and eat at Luna’s. The most incredible Italian food ever! Bring your appetite though, their portions are enormous."

  • Annual Family vacation

"The home is exactly what the pictures show. It is comfortable, cozy, and roomy enough for a family or a group. We planned on 6 people, but ended up having 5 on the trip. We had more than enough room. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area, so it was easy to make meals and still spend time with everyone. The walk to the beach was the best we have had in 4 years of taking our vacation in Siesta Key. We will most likely plan our next vacation to stay here again. The back yard is private and fenced, so our dog could go out in the yard and sit on the patio. It is not a "fancy" place, but it has all the cottage/beachy decor that one would love to have when at the beach. The only thing we were missing was hot pads and kitchen towels. (could have used more of that) But, it was not an issue, we had a nice washer/dryer, so we just washed towels more often. That is just something we would plan to bring on our own next trip. I would rate this place as an excellent family or group setting and for sure would stay there again!"
