  • Great Christmas Stay

"The condo was more than described. Clean (spotless!), organized, every item you would need, and great location. Bay Tree Property was kept immaculate, security was good, beach was easily accessible and much quieter than the main Siesta Key area. Unit was very comfortable and is updated. Great view and very close to the pool (kept at 85 degrees every day). Great facilities and friendly staff/owners. Alex is very organized and provides all the info you need. Having a digital code lock on the front door is much better than a key lock. The two leather lounge seats at the balcony are truly great for morning coffee a cocktails at night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

  • Nicely furnished and very clean

"Property is very clean and well kept and is equipped with everything that a family might need (including beach and pool towels). Beach was a little further than we expected (approximately 7-9 min) but well worth the walk! (It was not as crowded as public Siesta Keys Beach). There are plenty of grocery stores within 3-5 miles along with numerous restaurants. There is only one negative comment: Room temperature could not be lowered below 72 or 73 ( should not be a problem to majority of people as it would be a comfortable temp)."

  • Far exceeded expectations

"We have rented several properties via VRBO. The pictures and descriptions do not always reflect the reality. In this case the reality was even better than what we expected. You've all heard of "location, location, location". While that is certainly true in this case, the accommodations were also first class. Whenever we return to Siesta Key, this place will be our first choice."

  • Awesome Vacation!

"My daughter, her best friend, and I stayed in unit one, and 100% enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing, and everything we needed was at the house. Everything was very clean and the beds and sheets were wonderful. Being just steps from the beach made us feel like we lived there. As other reviewers have written, the beach chairs are truly the best around! It was living the life of luxury on the beach. We relaxed, played, ate, shopped, and relaxed. Although Jim was recovering from recent surgery, his daughter was there and was very helpful, from the moment we arrived, and thoughout our stay. Even though we live 5 miles from New Smyrna Beach, we enjoyed this vacation, because we didn't have to drive every time we wanted to go to the beach! Also, I've always loved Siesta Key, as I grew up in central Florida, and went there frequently. The girls have already told me that they want to go again next summer, and I think it's a great idea! Thanks Jim!"
