  • Beautiful place to stay

"I have stayed at three different places in Siesta Key and this was by far the best. The resort property is immaculately kept. They were constantly working on the grass, cutting the bushes or making improvements to the buildings. Even though this unit is across the street from the gulf it is less than a half mile walk. This was one of the few resorts that offered free chairs and umbrellas. Ian knew exactly what I liked after the first day and had it set up for me every day after that. The pictures capture the entire unit so there were no surprises. You have everything you need to feel at home. The only thing I would have liked was an enclosed porch but I knew going in it did not have one. Not only would I recommend this unit I look forward to renting it again."

  • Our Favorite Home Away From Home

"We live in Central Florida but also enjoy a beach get-a-way a couple of times a year. We have stayed at several gulf coast beaches over the years and have found there is nothing better than the combination of Joan & Paul's condos + Siesta Key + Crescent Beach. We have stayed several times in 3 of their units in Crescent Arms and found all of them to be well maintained and furnished. And they add the personal contact to make us feel at home here."

  • Escape from Maine winter

"We enjoyed a month at this lovely 3rd floor apartment right on the ocean and the beach. The apartment was ideal for two and had an extra room for up to two guests. It was extremely well stocked with equipment for the kitchen and for the beach. Also access to restaurants and stores close by. There was excellent kayaking literally 100 yards from the building. The beach itself is pleasant though tends to pick up a lot of wind. The Happers were extremely helpful when we had any problems with operating the TV and the DVD player. Beds and chairs were comfortable . A dark leather sofa darkened the room and we recommend that it either be replaced or recovered with something more appropriate. An individual parking slot was very conveniently located. Our neighbors were friendly but non-interfering; privacy was assured."

  • Awesome Condo

"My family of 6 (4 kids) stayed here for 1 week and it was our best Spring Break. Condo had all of the conveniences of home and comfortably fit the whole family. The ocean view off the screened in porch was worth the trip alone. It was quiet and relaxed but still within walking distance of 2 restaurants and bars. Within easy driving distance of many grocery stores, etc. Loved it."
