  • location, location, location!

"What did you most enjoy about your stay? The location of this property can't be beat, especially for the price. We parked our car and walked everywhere. It took us 100 steps from the condo door to get to the sand. The Village is about 3 blocks away. The only time we used the car was to go to Turtle Beach for the kayak trip. Would you come back again or recommend this home to a friend? Absolutely!! This was our second time on the island and this unit was much better located for our purpose. Was the property a good fit for the group you were traveling with? My husband and I were there alone so the size of unit 1 was perfect. The bathroom was a little tight but it wasn't a problem at all for us. What nearby activities, attractions, or restaurants did you enjoy? Eateries: Another Broken Egg was soooo good. The Local Bean Coffee Shop. SKOB. 314Pi. Bike Rental: CaliFlorida Surf Shop The BEACH was where we spent most of our time though. What did the owner or property manager do to provide great customer service? The emails before we were arrived were very helpful. Brad told us how much the tolls were and that helped a lot. We really didn't need to contact him during the stay at all. Changing the code on the door lock was easy. It was so nice to not have to worry about a key!! He even sent a pdf with everything the unit included. It was very helpful. My only criticism is that the pool was freezing and I was wishing it was a hot tub instead. I'm guessing it wouldn't be an issue if you are there in a warmer month. Otherwise, I can't wait to come back!! Thank you Brad."

  • Great condo for our family

"We usually stay on the gulf side so this was the first time on the bay side. The condo was clean, had all we needed, pleasant decor. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with. The walk to the beach was just across the street and there was a button to push to stop traffic, lots of the time it wasn't needed. Traffic wasn't bad. Walk to restaurant and shops, and a grocery store. The view from the patio was peaceful and well landscaped. We would stay there again. We had a great time on our family trip."

  • Ideal Family Condo Across the Street From the Beach - Perfect in Every Way!

"Our family stayed at this condo for one week in June 2014. The owners were most hospitable and made us feel very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items to prepare meals and milkshakes :-) There were plenty of toys, chairs, umbrellas so that we had all we needed to head over to the beach! The condo was spacious and had plenty of comfortable furniture and excellent tv service for the evenings we stayed in with our sunburns - there was even a cupboard loaded with games and books. Bathrooms were stocked with PLENTY of towels and the shower pressure was strong and 3 adults showered and we still had hot water! Finally, the beds were very comfortable. It was like being at home on the beach. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful - we hope it is available the next time we head to Siesta Key!"
