Our stay at this wonderful condo
"My wife and I usually stay on the Gulf side in Venice, Englewood, Bonita Beach, Siesta Key areas and this unit was one of the best we've ever stayed at. Very, very cleanwith plenty of amenities we wanted such as pool, wi fi, dishwasher, cable TV, etc, etc. We were so happy with the unit and the people there were so friendly it felt like home and it was just a short walk to the Manasota Beach. We met Tom and Roxanne -- very nice people. We hope to be able to rent again in 2016 and in the future."

Seeking beautiful beach and quiet friendly home environment
"I am a fan of long quiet walks on the beach so when we began searching for a home away from home for 6 weeks it had to be on or near a beautiful beach. The location posted is what attacked my attention and neither the home, the beach or the location disappointed me.
The owner was very helpful and very honest in his dealings with us. We knew just what to expect and he delivered on his promise.
The condo was immaculate and the owners attempted to meet your ever need down to having paper clips and staplers available along with towels, sheets, cooking utensils etc. There was even 2 bikes, beach chairs, noodles for the pool and a cooler for picnics at the beach.
The location provided easy access to stores and restaurants.
The other renters were friendly and the atmosphere in the pool was friendly. We made some lasting friends.
But the highlight was easy access to the beach. Every am I could get up and walk 7 minutes across the draw bridge and be on a beautiful beach that never seemed to be crowded. Locals taught me to search for shark teeth and often you could view an abundance of wild life such as herons and even an otter.
My husband and I would highly recommend this location and plan to visit again."

"My family and I try to pick a different vacation spot every summer. This summer (July 2015) we decided to look towards the west coast of Florida. After finding this villa, we quickly got in touch with Sandy and got it reserved. It had everything our 10 person group could ask for (ages from 3 – 66).
The Villa: Great location down the end of a short dirt road. You really feel ‘hidden’ away from everything. The 2 master bedrooms were comfortable and both opened up to the pool area. The living room area meshed nicely with the kitchen. We really spent a ton of our time outside under the lanai eating, playing games, relaxing and enjoying the pool. The garage was fully stocked with bikes, pool toys and chairs to use on the beach.
The Beach: Manasota Beach is just about a half a mile down the road. They provide ample parking, bathrooms and a picnic area for your convenience. The beach is very ‘shelly’. It has tons of shells and you can get lost in time walking and picking up the various shells you come across. It’s also home to a lot of turtle nests and some extremely gorgeous sunsets. The water in the Gulf is warmer and the waves are a bit smaller compared to the Atlantic Ocean side. If you drive down the Key, you will have wonderful views of the Gulf (and some of the Bay) and end up at Stump Pass Beach State Park. This a beautiful area to go exploring and get lost in the serenity of everything.
Miscellaneous: There is a Publix, Wal-Mart and Target right down the road, so any food or general thing you might need is within very close proximity. We primarily cooked our own meals, but the restaurant choices seemed pretty good.
Bottom Line: This ended up being one of my favorite vacation spots. The owner, Sandy, was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of west coast Florida!"
