"We rented the home with an 8 month old baby and our extended family. The home is right on the beach, has outdoor showers and is perfectly appointed. It was perfect for a baby to roam as well. The grill is wonderful for lunch or dinner and the home has two different patios (one screened in for the bugs and one open). The 4 bedrooms are fantastic, all a generous size. They have everything you need to cook and the grocery store is walking distance (although we still recommend getting a car). If there was anything the home can improve upon, it would be that they should put a Keurig coffee maker in since the coffee maker was extremely old and difficult to use.....however, given how small of an issue that was, I am pretty sure that can easily be overlooked (Starbucks is a short drive as well)! Lastly, we appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the washer/dryers and the communication with the management company. We will rent this home again without hesitation."

"The house was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The property owner was very courteous and attentive during our stay, going out of his way to get us cookware needed for a small dinner party. The neighborhood was quiet and taking our little dog out for walks was pleasant. The patio provided relaxing morning and evening lounging. The location is convenient to get to and from. The only small complaint (and reason for not giving this property five stars) is that the mattress in the smaller room was extremely hard and made for a restless and uncomfortable night's sleep. A memory foam pad or some type of additional cushioning may help that though. Otherwise we could not have been more charmed with the place!"

"Even though I would like to keep this "my little secret", this place is heaven on earth. I have absolutely no complaints. (Except maybe, that our vacation wasn't long enough) The pictures are not deceiving, this condo is very comfortable and very clean. I'm 55 and came here with my best friend since 3rd grade and we had a memorable and fantastic vacation. We are already planning for next year. Thank you, Jack Hints and tips: You can stop at Publix on your way, there are at least 2 of them on your way from the airport, but Bailey's has everything you would need. Stock up! Because you're not going to want to leave your little piece of paradise. Again Thank you Jack."

"What a fabulous retreat from the cold and snow we would have been experiencing had we stayed up north! Instead of shoveling snow, we spent almost every evening watching the sun set while enjoying the nice hot spa. (It was a little cool for me to use the heated pool, although if we'd had kids with us, I'm sure they would have loved it!) This is a home that we could live in year round - the nicest vacation rental that we've come across, so far. Although we didn't need all the space (there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms), we very much enjoyed the large TV, cushy sofas, and good-sized master bedroom with attached bathroom. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and a nice washer and dryer. The house and the neighborhood seemed very pet friendly. There were folks out in the neighborhood walking their dogs, riding their bikes, and taking their boat out in the canal. There were a couple "resident" pelicans that we watched fishing in the canal most days. It didn't take us long to find several good restaurants in Palmetto (Riverhouse Reef and Grill for a special meal; Kostas or Popi's for breakfast or casual family dining) and Bradenton and beyond - plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy a nice meal. There's a good-sized outlet mall a few miles away, and plenty of "Florida" shopping in neighboring cities. We drove over to the gulf beaches a couple times and visited several Farmer's Markets (we liked Sarasota's) and Flea Markets (Red Barn in Bradenton). We loved visiting the Ringling Museums (especially the Circus Museums). We even spent a day at Busch Gardens! Lots of fun things to do in the area; you do need a car to take in all the possibilities."
