"Have recently returned from our stay from January-March 2015 at Kevin's & Sheila's condo in Bradenton, Florida. Another great 3 months away from winter up north!!! Accomodations were once again very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would expect to find as in their own home. Location continues to be one of the factors for us in choosing this condo being that it is within close proximity to gulf beaches, numerous dining establishments, shopping, recreational venues and cultural events. Also considered in our choice is the owners' availability to address any of our needs and concerns, which we truly appreciate. Already looking forward to our stay in 2016!!!"

"This was our first trip to Captiva and we absolutely loved it. We were with extended family and the Bird of Paradise accommodated all needs. The younger children had toys to play with on the beach, along with umbrellas to sit under. The older children had games to play , movies to watch on a rainy day and ping pong, foosball and a pool table. After a morning at the beach, the swimming pool is very relaxing with an optional fountain to turn on. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils to meet all your cooking needs. However, if you would like to go to a restaurant, there are several within walking distance. The house itself felt more like a home than a vacation house. The bedrooms are set to sleep 10 comfortably. The furnishings are comfortable to sit on or take a nap. We utilized the marina to rent fishing poles and a boat for a half day fishing excursion. They were very easy to work with. We would recommend this property for a, large family, vacation."

"We have been to Sanibel many times, always having to come down during high season Spring break weeks. Luckily, the MIL rents a house every year, so it's been awhile since we rented a condo. My husband and I decided to spend our Anniversary in Sanibel, so we decided to find a condo on the beach. There are several things about Gulf Beach that make it a great choice - it is a very small complex, with just one building containing 14 units. The reason this is so great is that there is a nice stretch of beach that will end up being used by so few people. When I walked down the beach, other spots were mobbed (even during the off season) because there were clumps of building with tons of condos all sharing the little beach frontage. 106 was a great choice for us because it was relatively cheap, and we saved even more money by not having to rent bikes that can cost a couple hundred dollars per week each. The 106 storage locker is jammed with beach chairs, sand and beach paddle toys, floaties, shelling nets (and now beach umbrellas that we left) and the like, so don't buy anything. You will have everything you need. The condo is totally fine - it was very clean when we arrived and it has everything you would need. The units on the second floor of this condo might have a little better views of the ocean, but we still really enjoyed sitting on the lanai and having a cocktail. The owner of this condo was quick to respond to our rental request, and everything was handled by Sanibel Holiday and they were great to deal with and there is you need anything. We had great weather, but there are a ton of board games, books and videos in the unit if you were to have rain. The east end of the island is great - a little quieter. You can quickly bike down to lighthouse beach to watch the sunrise and I would seriously recommend that."
