"We just returned from staying 9 days at this wonderful villa and loved every minute of it. The house was clean and very comfortable, with just about anything you would need. It was large enough that the two of us couples didn't get in each other's way. The pool is fabulous, and I must admit, I spent most of my time while we were at the house out on the lanai. Mother Nature was especially good to us, we had excellent weather with highs in the low 80's and low humidity. I am glad we had our GPS, though, as it could be confusing entering and leaving Rotonda, but after a few days, we had no problems. Englewood Beach is within 15 minute drive. We drove up to Siesta Key one day (about 30 minutes away) and down to Ft. Myers Beach another day (about an hour). We went on a dolphin watch cruise around Lemon Bay with Lemon Bay Tours, highly recommend. All in all, I would definitely love to return to Rotonda West, and I would most definitely rent this villa again!"

"My wife and I have been renting from Tom for several years now and have never been dissapointed. The condo is always up to par. Great view from the kitchen and the balcony. Beds are soft and the rooms are quiet. Tom is always available and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The massive shower in the master bedroom is great as well. The entire property is well maintained and beautiful, the pools are always clean and crystal clear and the beaches are always great. Great places to eat near by and some are within walking distance. Place is also very secure and safe, a plus for me having my wife and 4 year old daughter along. Wouldn't go anywhere else, theres no need too. We will be renting from Tom again and again. Highly recommended!!!"

"We just returned and can't recommend this home and owner enough. It's lovely, filled with art & light and warmth, has a library I'd love to explore for weeks and weeks (especially the art books), provides all amenities and is close to everything. No more than 5-15 min's to Siesta Key Beach, Downtown Sarasota (check out Morton's Gourmet Market), Ringling Art Museum, St Armand's Circle with international shops and fabulous restaurants, the Mote Aquarium, Captain Wayne and his Wolfmouth Fishing Charters in Bradenton Beach (3rd time and always a charm), Venice pier and Myakka Alligator park. Just not enough time to get to or mention everything. Ordered in supper one night and relaxed in the lanai (Valentino's pizza is amazing). Sooooooo many memories made to relish in coming winter back in WI. Enjoy. We definitely plan to again! Thank you John"

"We stayed at this lovely, spacious home for two weeks in June 2015. We went with our adult daughter and teenage son and with the three bedrooms we all had our own space which was great. The table and chairs by the canal was a great place to have my morning coffee. The pool area is huge and was by far our favorite spot to hang out. The pool is very deep on one side but was great for swimming laps and floating around reading a book getting rays. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet with beautiful landscaped homes. I love the area of Bonita Springs. The beach was incredible and comparable to the panhandle where we usually vacation. We actually liked Bonita Beach better then Sanibel Island which we visited for the day. Bonita Springs is central to Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva making it a good central point to make day trips to these other towns. It is very close to Estero which is a wonderful place for shopping with outlets and the Coconut Mall. We recommend Doug's Seafood for Lobster Rolls and the Fish House for a reasonable priced dinner. Also try the Bonita Fairways (right across the street) for some reasonably priced golf (3 to 4 par holes). There is a $ 5.00 coupon in one of the coupon books."
