  • Downtown Atlanta Condo

"We were looking for a place in downtown Atlanta that was close to the Marta and also the Georgia World Congress Center. This place fit the bill perfectly. The Marta was a 5 min walk and the GWCC was 10 mins walking or you could also jump on the Marta. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The condo was clean and roomy. It also has a nice balcony. I was surprised at how fast the elevators were, it took about 5 seconds to reach the 11th floor. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place downtown that is reasonably priced."

  • The reviews are accurate; you will love staying here

"After we stepped into this home, my family asked me, "How do you always find such great places?!?" My choice has always been based on the reviews. This wonderful stay was no exception. You see a place with all high reviews...there is a reason. ; ) My husband, two of our adult kids and I spent four nights here this week and had a such a great time. There is plenty of space to spread out, the neighborhood felt very safe, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the house has anything you need. Once my husband mumbled, "I wonder if there is a can opener around here." That made me laugh out loud. If you cannot find an item in a drawer or closet, you probably do not really need it. (We found a very nice can opener in a kitchen drawer). We would typically wake up around 8:30-9:00AM (very late for us, but the beds were so dang comfortable), fix breakfast and walk to the MARTA station around 10:30. We would spend a busy, busy day and return to the house around 9PM (except for the Braves baseball game and Shakespeare Tavern nights, which were more like 10:30PM). We'd stay up late to visit and repeat. Each morning my husband would run over to Dunkin Donuts and bring back coffee. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen, but DD is a treat for us. (He had to pass a Starbucks to get to DD). There is also a nice Kroger within walking distance. I am happy for all the folks who get to enjoy this house/location on a trip to Atlanta. We just had the best time. Last, but not least, the owner was very easy to work with. Two times I had to change our reservation and luckily was able to do so. The calendar was more full every time I checked."

  • Family Weekend Getaway in Atlanta

"This property far exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely home, well decorated and will every possible amenity one would expect at a nice hotel. The neighborhood was lovely And is situated close to many of the activities we planned on doing while in Atlanta. We hope to return back here in the future."

  • 5 stars because of location and price

"Overall the place was perfect. Much better than staying in a hotel where all rooms look alike. We did have a few issues. First off my name was not on the list to pick up my key so that delayed us for near an hour. However, the owner fixed the problem as soon as I made contact with him. There was also an extremely slick spot on the hardwood from im guessing to much polish. We had to lay a towel down over that. The only other thing was the water pressure which only bothered the wife. As for the pluses, you cant beat the location. We walked to world of coke/aquarium, college football HOF, and my favorite pizza place Rosa's. The bed is very comfortable and the place feels like you could live there. Also everyone I met inside was very nice. I would stay again. Lastly, the parking can be confusing and we drove past the lot several times. It is the very first lot past the condo on the right side of Baker St."
